Hi Lads,

Long time no see, had gotten busy last year with work, business and some personal stuff which led me to sort of fall off on the Evo train,

But i missed the community, anyway, figured I was going to put in another offseason push this year and no better way to log my progress than to get onto here keep myself accountable,

Was lucky enough to get sponsored by one of the OG GOATS for oils @R&Dpharma which I cannot appreciate enough for his support in me coming back online,

I am being incredibly anal this off season as if i cannot put on a decent slab of real tissue this will be my last year and ill probably just cruise year round and be lean and healthy,

Started my offseason 1/1/2026 to keep it simple so today is day 29. Food has already climbed every week as we have gone up and bodyweight stayed the same yet gotten leaner and leaner, Will be coaching myself this round as i know what works and what doesnt for my body.

Food as below:

Training Day Food - 4050 calories
Protein 200g
Carb 700g
Fat 50g

NTD -2850 calories
Protein 200g
Carb 400g
Fat 50g

Gear as below: (using lower dose this year, focusing on higher gh and insulin, keeping bloods healthy to grow longer, different approach from prior)

Test E - 750mg per week (@R&Dpharma)
Aromasin - 6.25mg wed/sat (works re bloods)

Off Brand Peps
GH - 10iu pre bed daily
Motsc - 1mg daily
Reta - 1mg Weekly
Lantus - 5iu on TD (just started this week to test)

Training Split - has now changed, way less fluff and more failure sets, am growing faster and recovering much better than before, also has made training fun again

@R&Dpharma order landed yesterday :) would have been next day if auspost hadn’t played around as per usual haha. Super keen to get started and see what all the hype is about!

Also little collab of current shape from check-ins yesterday morning. Weight sitting around 85.5. Food has gone up every week yet weight has stayed the same just gotten leaner which is exactly what I want at the moment.

Will keep food as is until next week then most likely add another 50g carbs to training days. As of now just 5iu lantus in morning if I take it pre steps I go hypo. Body is shooting through food so feeling very anabolic.

Legs today with the wife. Will checkin after have a great Friday 🙏

Looking sharp brother and out of the gates like an animal. Slin is something in the conversation between me and my coach for the growth season. If we get to a level of carbs that pushes too much resistance on bg then possibly a tool we may utilise.

Hoping the other compounds we are utilise keeps us insulin sensitive for as long as possibly 🙏

thanks man! yeah this is a suuuper slow push up, im already maxxed on gh pathway, anabolic pathway will go up only once food and slin are too a point that it is a bottleneck, but as of now everything is going super smooth,

I am looking into trying SS31, ive been running motsc for ages but i think would be nice to try just for overall health, man your already so lean you would HAVE to be insulin sensitive haha, lantus ive found even at baby dose has made a diff with myself, in a week of 5iu on training days i got leaner at same weight, so it may be tiny but its helping my body move stuff to where it needs to be, i mean this will sound crazy but my intra shake has 120g dextrose 25g protein and it digests like nothing and im hungry post haha

5iu lantus this morning. Body has smashed through all food today. Will keep this up on training days and think about upping it next week give my body more time to adjust to the 4k on high days. More marathon than sprint for me this time. Not chasing the scale more so quality :)

Not as much as i would like. I wanna be hitting semi hypo before meals kinda sensitivity 🤣

she trains but she wanted to train together so figured a leg workout would be good, she wants to get just a litle bit leaner before we start trying for bebes haha

thats what i was thinking too, currently have motsc in daily but may of been smarter trying ss31, may have to grab some and see if i notice anything, if you do let me know what you think :)

i had to move my 5iu lantus to post morning steps cause i went hypo on 700carbs hahahhaa

yeah mainly for my knees, an old john meadows thing, and now im trying to do adductors very first to get more blood in but also as i need a Toone of inner leg tissue to add to front shots :)

Quick update. Did some arms and side delts (smallest workout of the week) yesterday. Tracked as attached. Dunno what happened with my food but ate normal 4000 high day food and my weight jumped up overnight to 88kg from 86! Today is an off training low day so will see how body reacts. Must have been ready to grow or could have been inflammation from training building up.

Will update more a bit later just currently doing steps :)

Must have been ready to grow or could have been inflammation from training building up.

88kg is a good weight you're growing :D

small update everything going well thanks to @R&Dpharma , but as i have upped food, next thing will be upping test from 750-1000mg this week,

aromasin will stay at 6.25 wed/sat and will get bloods in 4 weeks to see what e2 does at that level, will stay like this for a while, food will be next lever :)

Did bloods a few weeks ago before going up to 1000 so was on 750. Lipids came back good. (Fasted cardio daily. 90 percent clean diet and low dose Reta helps I think) and checked bp the other day after like my 4th coffee of the day and was pleasantly suprised haha

But I have genetic high bp so I’m on meds year round no matter what. I’ve also spoken with doctor etc and played around with them so it’s all the best ones for bodybuild.

80 telmi 10 amlodopine 5 nebivolol.

Training from Tuesday and wednesday this week, overall weights trending up, this is 2nd week doing this block and tracking it properly, pumps out of control and everything seems to be moving along well,

Also attached checkin from thursday morning, pic attached below, have also added table below, so as of first week of growth phase i am up 2kg from 84.1 average, and up 1.2kg this week on average, I think this is the lantus / food / growth / test all coming together, as looking at my checkin photos i am definately fuller without being noticeably less lean so i think everything is working together :)

this week only change has been test upped to 1g from 750 thanks to @R&Dpharma (very smooth oils thank you sir), will keep test at this level for next 3/4 weeks then grab bloods again to see how e2 is doing at this rate,

Food is going to stay the same, goal is to get the most out of each incremental increase, will hold all this for another week, see how i look / feel next week then go from there, next bump up is either going to be food and / or slight lantus increase, as currently 5iu lantus on training days is seeminly a tiny dose but i have been seeing results with it, so as of now eveyrthing is moving great

digestion is on point so if anyhting happy to give my body another week to get used to current calories, just that can assist, sleep good training good and my birthday weekend this week which shall be good as well :)

Great series of updates bro. Your BP management is outstanding. I need to log the same each day. Does freak me out if it changes though 🤪. Program looks set to go for a nice little push brother.

Training from Tuesday and wednesday this week, overall weights trending up, this is 2nd week doing this block and tracking it properly, pumps out of control and everything seems to be moving along well,

I think ive found a solution so you dont have to bloody finger yourself for BGL. I bought a constant glucose monitor earlier this week and its actually been within 0.1mmol of my accuchek after calibration

Just my training from Friday. Legs with wife. Felt something weird in hammy and my knee wasn’t being agreeable so I had to take it easy at end of workout on leg press. Still got a pr though.

Will be adding glow back in nightly as of today :)

as per stats weight still trending up with an average of 0.2kg up this week even with my birthday weekend and not being 100 percent over the weekend due to that, overall i think body is staying tight even while getting heavier, going to ride out these calories another week, not going to up anything as of yet, will see how body trends, next lever i think i may pull is potentially upping test again, only because honestly as of now i feel fantastic on 1000, zero water retention or any bp issues, so may go up another 250mg, I know this might seem like a lot but as of now i am and will only be running test this offseason and gh, so im trying to keep it all bio identical and get the most out of the 10iu gh, as have heard a rule of thumb 1iu per 250mg of anabolic load, so technically im far behind on anabolic hahaha

looking forward to another week in the books, happy to see what you lads think how im progressing, all the best!

Pull workout from last night. Pump wasn’t amazing but I’ve narrowed it down to super high e2. Started aromasin properly this week

12.5 Monday/wed/fri. Started this week. Already been pissing like crazy so I know etc must have been sky high. Will keep this going for 2+ weeks before getting bloods to see how they look but as of now am feeling good.

Also because I have some 400mg test e incoming from the goat @R&Dpharma test dose will be going up to 1200 a week and that will probably be max for this growth phase. So that will go in from Monday. 2 weeks of that and I’ll get basic bloods to see where I sit :)

Food also has gone up slightly. High days now 750 carbs from 700. So all in all a good spot to sit for a while now. Also have attached a post meal bg reading. Still good so very happy

Pull workout from last night. Pump wasn’t amazing but I’ve narrowed it down to super high e2. Started aromasin properly this week

12.5 Monday/wed/fri. Started this week. Already been pissing like crazy so I know etc must have been sky high. Will keep this going for 2+ weeks before getting bloods to see how they look but as of now am feeling good.

Also because I have some 400mg test e incoming from the goat @R&Dpharma test dose will be going up to 1200 a week and that will probably be max for this growth phase. So that will go in from Monday. 2 weeks of that and I’ll get basic bloods to see where I sit :)

Food also has gone up slightly. High days now 750 carbs from 700. So all in all a good spot to sit for a while now. Also have attached a post meal bg reading. Still good so very happy

@willipede 4.9 post meal on 10iu gh and 750 carbs. Not behd. Will do morning fasted tomorrow to see
@Oracle911 nice job on this boss. I like that you're getting in some solid amount of food as well. That's what we like to see.

You could be flushing out a lot of water since you're peeing so much or maybe you have some electrolytes that are off. Either way definitely good update. It's good to see sometimes when workouts don't go the best. @Oracle911

Good to hear bro, if you feel good on day 5 with aromasin that is where it reaches its peak concentration. So it means your likely on the money with dosages

If you feel great day 1, you'll like overshoot dose by the 5th day

Little post from baby upper session today. This is my 4th day I try get it every week I’ll admit sometimes I’m slack. It’s just arms and shoulders to bring up. Will be better about it moving forward.

Had an off plan meal last night and woke up bigger and leaner. Post workout pic attached. Was actually post stairmaster so was ratshit haha

There's one study I read (now I can't remember where - I think Dr. Bachmeyer) where a doctor describes that SS31 is actually best run after a course of MOTS-C. SS31 a few times a year for 4-6 weeks with MOTS-C being a possibly 'forever' peptide. Let me know how this goes if you decide to start it.

i ran MOTSC for about 50 days ish (5 vials worth) got over the pip though my body didnt like it, so now been on SS31 1mg a day for about a week, i know im not gunna expect a tonne but im just trying to maximise Helf, so my bloods can stay as good as i can so i can grow majority of this year, i need a good 5-10kg of tissue, well thats what i want before having to diet down,

This is great bro. I wouldn't expect to 'feel' anything off the SS31 however bloodwork may shine some light on it's efficacy. I'll be running SS31 myself at probably a slightly higher dose than 1mg some time in the future. Thanks for the update bro; I think 5kg of tissue will be a sure thing for you by keeping on the path you're on.
