V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Back in the Saddle – Bulk Log Begins

Current stats:
Age: 34
Weight: 84kg - starting weight (currently 100kg)
Height: 186cm

After wrapping up my last log and successfully completing the side quest of getting the wife pregnant… I can finally get back to the main mission — putting on some proper size again.
Priorities handled. Bloodline secured. Time to grow. Currently working with a coach (not on Evo), tightening things up and keeping progression structured this time around. This has been working really well so far, started a few weeks ago but I’ve been lazy with getting a log started as I’m working 60-65 hours a week plus trying to get the house Reno finished before the baby arrives. Burning the wick on both ends 😅 absolutely melting with stress but making progress nonetheless.

Cycle Layout (Bulk Phase)
250 Test
250 Primo
300 Deca

This will likely increase as time goes on but so far this has been plenty.

Support:
5IU Novorapid as needed PWO + post-meals (mainly chest & back days)
3IU GH split AM/PM (trying to stay ahead of the ankle water retention this time…) ankles haven’t been so kind to me of late and have started to swell up. So I’ll either be dropping the GH completely or trying to find a supp / diet solution to the problem.

Currently taking supplements from @RGSX

- Vital support
- Elite vital support
- Elite sleep

These three have been pretty much all I need to be dialled in and they make my life super easy

Training Focus:
This push is all about bringing up chest and back — no more “I’ll just add a bit extra at the end” nonsense.

These days will get:
More food
Insulin support PWO + post meals

Nutrition (Starting Point)
Protein: 220g
Carbs: 430g
Fats: 60g
Calories: 3380

Food will be pushed up as needed when progress stalls — same goes for the oils. No rush, just consistent progression.

The current thinking is a 16–20 week push
Gradual increases across food + gear
Regular bloodwork to keep things in check
Grow without being an idiot about it (for once). This could change but for now this is still the plan. I’ve gained an insane amount of weight since starting the bulk (up 16kg) and I’ve kept it pretty tight so far so I’m hoping to push things along to maybe 105-110kg

This Log is backed by the Gold Standard family:
@Gold Standard Labs
@Gold Standard Peptides
@RGSX

Keen to get this moving properly. Size is the goal, fluff is not.

Let’s see what 84kg (now 100kg) can turn into when everything’s actually aligned for once.

Below are some photos from the beginning of the bulk - will upload some newer ones soon 🦍

everything is dialled in this push with structure, health checks and patience instead of just force feeding size. 16kg up while keeping it tight is seriously impressive too, keen to see where this ends up by the 20 week mark 🔥

you're looking amazing and lean :D @CypherOCE tight and vascular, pumped shoulder, big arms and perfect side chest.
EVO family love and support for Team GSL @Gold Standard Labs want to see you win big time!

Good shit brother! Ever thought to use NPP, instead of DECA?
Haven’t seen Deca in the mix for a minute

Yeah I’ve used NPP before with shorter esters lile Test P but for this time around I don’t mind the slow burn with Deca and it seems to be only just coming into its own recently - I think I’m about 7-8 weeks post those photos.

I’ll get some new photos up shortly - definitely not as lean but not as fat as I would’ve expected either so I’m feeling pretty good about to the trajectory of things

As successful men we burn the candle at both ends, but we wouldn't have it any other way - it's under the pump with the pressure on where we thrive and shine the brightest!

I hope it’ll be ten fold!! Honestly can’t complain I’ve had a renewed sense of commitment to everything I’ve been doing since the baby news. Life has been very productive which has been great just need to keep the momentum going and keep smashing down the obstacles that present themselves from time to time

@CypherOCE Test, Primo, and Deca is actually a good mix. They complement each other. It's a good balance between one another.

sick rig already mate keen to follow along

can i ask what fertility protocol you ran if you're happy to discuss (or dm?). looking at hcg/hmg myself but not gonna come off gear completely.

Of course bro! I was running hCG with Gonal F which is basically highly purified hMG.

hCG 1000IU - EOD
hMG 150IU - EOD

Test E @ 75mg weekly
Primo E @ 100mg weekly - used this to control the e2 from hCG and it was fantastic say around 155 basically the whole time and got ridiculously lean while running the protocol as an added bonus haha

Share some of that vascularity! 🤣

Looking killer bro 💛

Thanks bro 🥰🥰

@CypherOCE man, you are doing a great job! The physique looks terrific! You are absolutely ripped and you're vascular!

Thanks Steve!! Not as ripped now but still very vascular haha it’s wild!

it was great to hear that the last log was a success and the baby is made. now you can really push yourself on this and get the body of your life @CypherOCE

Definitely pushing it! It would be a crime in my eyes if I didn’t get to see what my body is capable of

bros my wife pulled the baby stuff on me too. had to quit gear for a while lol @CypherOCE now i tell her that steroids good for making babies. she wants a BBC kid bigtime

Haha you gotta give the wife what she wants!

@CypherOCE Test, Primo, and Deca is actually a good mix. They complement each other. It's a good balance between one another.

So far everything has been fantastic!

Your legs look absolutely sick. I'm glad that you are reaching peak physical condition. That's always nice as you get older. @CypherOCE

Thanks Ulter! It’s been a fun experience for sure I didn’t think I’d ever be that lean ever again haha

Primo E @ 100mg weekly - used this to control the e2 from hCG and it was fantastic say around 155 basically the whole time and got ridiculously lean while running the protocol as an added bonus haha

Thanks bro 🥰🥰

Thanks Steve!! Not as ripped now but still very vascular haha it’s wild!

Definitely pushing it! It would be a crime in my eyes if I didn’t get to see what my body is capable of

Haha you gotta give the wife what she wants!

So far everything has been fantastic!

Thanks Ulter! It’s been a fun experience for sure I didn’t think I’d ever be that lean ever again haha
It’s always a battle our whole lives

@CypherOCE Test, Primo, and Deca is actually a good mix. They complement each other. It's a good balance between one another.
It's my favourite stack brother and I have tried many in my time 💪💯

A few PB’s especially shoulder press which I hit 90x8 and then 90x6 - massive improvement since the start of the bulk 🦍

Sleep: 6.5 hours - not bad bur not great either keep getting distracted by books and wanting tk keep reading haha

Everything else has been going great, food is good, work is work 😂

@Gold Standard Labs
@Gold Standard Peptides
@RGSX

Keen to get this moving properly. Size is the goal, fluff is not.

Let’s see what 84kg (now 100kg) can turn into when everything’s actually aligned for once.

Below are some photos from the beginning of the bulk - will upload some newer ones soon 🦍

@CypherOCE good job on this leg. Sessions are always fun. If you have the limp in your car, you know it's a tough one.

Excellent job. That's a big leg session for sure. You're pushing both sides of your legs and you're getting them strong. @CypherOCE

Nothing beats a heck of a leg workout. Just make sure you're warming up properly if you're going to train them like that, balls to the wall. @CypherOCE

Starting off the day well with a great sleep last night

IMG_5882.webp

Been a busy week with work and working on the house before the baby arrives in September bur slowly getting through all the jobs on my list

Coach and I decided on a bump in calories due to weight stalling at 100kg so hopefully continue the push forward and get to 105-110 and then start the cut down

Busy is definitely the middle name lately haha 😂😩 it’s great but bad all at the same time

Up at 5am get ready for work here by 6am to crack skulls and get ready for the days chaos - work is usually absolutely fucked as is the chaos with building a data centre 😂 and I thought a hospital was bad…. 😂😂😂

By the time I get home and choke on dinner I’m back at the house to keep laying flooring or painting the front of the house (again) haha

I’m about to remove all the asbestos at the front and redo the facade / lining boards 🫣 that’ll test my patience for sure 😂

The big boss wants it’s to look something like this 🥲 it’ll definitely test my skills but with enough time I’m sure I’ll get close haha

Keep it up Ducky.
Balancing work and life espically with a little on the way is hard.
Keep it up though.
Looking good 💪

Better sleep last night as I’ve been nursing the old age lower back issues 😩 always ruins me

IMG_5998.webp

I haven’t had any opportunity to train recently starting to weigh on me mentally - miss it strangely enough.

In other exciting news I’ve locked in the kitchen design for the house finally sink should have that in about 5/6 weeks roughly.

Walnut cupboards and green uppers should be a showstopper of a combination 🥹 see how long I keep it for after I’m finished. Always on the hunt for a new project haha

better sleep is good :D but I dont know what that is you doing to make this kitchen yourself???

Yeah basically haha - budget dictates I’ll have to do a lot of the work myself which fine. More work I do more profit I get to keep
you're hands on in that case :D I would have no idea lol
