I was chasing food today just plain hungry
 
Gravity doesn't help the spine issues that we have to deal with maybe get an inversion table as well.
 
I think stretching every morning and before bed is crucial.

Taking the time to do, it can really be a lifesaver.
 
Yeah yoga's great I do 2 - 3 sessions a week
This is overuse from walking/running, I will need surgery at some point.
I might need to invest in a rower or go join a gym.

Are there any complications with high test lvls and anaesthesia?

If it doesn't calm down I'll get radio frequency ablation and a cort shot but they put you under to administer

Maybe try some swimming. I've been swimming in the ocean. Jumping off the tanker. It's good exercise.

Im noticing it's the day before that affects my ketosis.
Yesterday I was in mild ketosis, the day before that I had 2400 calories 150g protein 190g fats 34g carbs

Today I'm in deep ketosis after Yesterdays 1950 calories 150g protein 136g fats 27g carbs.

So I'm still learning it all NP
I'll stay at these macros for another few days then see if I can get away with adding another 10g protein

Another thing, I'm getting better recovery on the higher calorie days

From week 2, I got the test because nips were sensitive, also don't want to tank my e so was hesitant to ad more AI without testing.
Also legend you ast is still high, I had a flick back through to your last bloods quickly and was high back then also. Have you been taking any supps to support your liver? Any tudca?

Smart move here, the regular bloodwork definitely brings forward needed awareness. My e2 was the same recently and I shit myself when I seen it haha as i wasnt using any ai. Got it under control now but I have been using aromasin to do so.

As for the liver support supps might be time to prioritise staying on top of those now, in my opinion anyway brother. You dont want that strain on your liver for an extended time.

sorry should have added, even more important whilst in ketosis and implementing a keto diet. As this has an big influence on ast
 
Yeah for sure! But keto isnt a long term thing so the cholesterol isnt the biggest concern i feel. Some fasted cardio, Omega 3 and citrus bergamot will assist with this from a natural approach. Cardarine/gw501516 also can have positive impact on cholesterol and balancing levels of hdl/ldl so can have a look at some studies on that too if you feel like it.

But the liver is important and if she has already copped a flogging from the party days, gotta try and give her a fighting chance second time round haha

Your body fights gravity your whole life because we stand upright. So your neck and back, always are getting pressured.
 
Definitely cool that you're learning about how your body reacts to ketones. That's what it's all about and logging it is crucial.

Caught a flu that lasted a good 6 weeks.
Ate to much carbs and had an immune flare up.
So cut out carbs and
Went full keto , started stripping fat.
Learnt so much about cycles, food and how it affects my body.
Lost a massive 16cm from my waist 104cm - 88cm

Starting weight 89kg
Closing weight 87kg

At a guess started out at 25% BF? and now 19%BF?

Mate you should give yourself the biggest pat on the back. Not only have you made huge changes physically but everything you have learned about yourself, body, diet and training but if you can achieve this in 10 weeks who knows what you can achieve for this whole year and beyond. I also want to thank you as yourself and @CypherOCE too has helped me keep the pedal down and moving in my own journey! Glad I am able to add some positivity in yours brother 💪🤝👊

Epidural for your back yes. But ablation I know heard done in heart. I Was schooled on that for a super ventricular tachycardia. Which I get sometimes. Pray all goes well.

Thanks 🤩 RF Ablation to L5- L2, basically 4 big needles into the back and then they heat the nerves till cooked , plus a cortisone epidural, last one i had 8 months of relief. So probably enough time to do a few cycles in-between ha ha
 
So it ended up more of a recomp than a bulk due to the flu?
More due to auto immune issues with so much starchs, from there it just progressed to a recomp instead, and I'm glad it did. I feel real good, Mrs thinks I'm a hottie. And I have a much clearer idea of how I'm going to bulk for my body.
