Yes, I am using a test booster. It's not H2Generate, but it's close. I take 4 capsules instead of 3.

Day 97

It was a rest day for me. I spent half the day at the beach with a woman I just met. She's also into fitness. I walked a total of 12km.

Day 98

Last day before PCT.

Sleep is getting better by the day.

I received my missing supplements. Because it's a little more than a week that I haven't taken creatine, I will double my intake during a week and return to normal dosages the following week. Instead of taking 10g a day, I will take 20g a day.

I think I'm feeling a slight loss of strength but not that much.

I don't really have a moon face anymore. I almost have the same face I had before the cycle.

Day 99

First day of PCT. I rechecked the perfect PCT and I was missing a week. Instead of 4 weeks, it is really 5. This is what I am taking:

Enclomiphene is empty. I keep it in reserve just in case.

It was a rest day for me.

Even though I have not pinned test for little bit more than two weeks I still feel great. Maybe the "cold shower" will come later but I am ready.

I still struggle with my sleep though.

Day 100

I forgot my straps at my appartment. So I changed my approach and went for "100s" instead. I think it's good to break the routine once in a while.

To get to 100 I did a combination of rest pauses and cheat reps. I started with a weight with which I can do 20 reps with it. Everytime I reach failure, I pause for no more than 10 seconds and pump more reps.

Lat pulldowns 130x100
Lat prayers 35x100
Bent over lateral raises 20x100
Back extensions BWx100

Alt DB curls 30x100
 
Day 101

I haven't slept much in the past few days. But I'm ok.

@bullkupp legs looking amazing WOW! and your diet still on point but i would level the carbs out a bit
