Day 97

It was a rest day for me. I spent half the day at the beach with a woman I just met. She's also into fitness. I walked a total of 12km.

Day 98

Last day before PCT.

Sleep is getting better by the day.

I received my missing supplements. Because it's a little more than a week that I haven't taken creatine, I will double my intake during a week and return to normal dosages the following week. Instead of taking 10g a day, I will take 20g a day.

I think I'm feeling a slight loss of strength but not that much.

I don't really have a moon face anymore. I almost have the same face I had before the cycle.

Machine incline press 360x2 (double drop set + rest pauses)

Machine flat press 150*10 (warm up)
Machine flat press 206x6 (double drop set)

Incline DB flyes 60x10 (double drop set)

Flat DB flyes 60x6 (double drop set)

Machine flyes 145x6 (triple drop set)

Ascending/descending DB shoulder press: 15x10, 20x10, 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 30x10, 25x10, 20x10, 15x10*
* These were all back to back, no rest in between

DB side laterals 50x6 (double drop set)

BB overhead extensions 110x12 (double drop set)

Machine skull crushers 200x7 (double drop set + forced reps)

Leg raises 3xfailure

Crunches 3xfailure

Cobra 30 seconds

@bullkupp carbs and protein high but good high how about swapping rice for yams?

She lives there. She's from Paraguay/Argentina.

Yeah, I prefer to travel alone, I feel freer :p
