Aside from the massive pimple I have on my ass and my tren-like urine I feel good. The color of my urine changed when I started taking the test booster. I try to drink more water.
I got 3 huge pimples back to back in the span of a few days on my butt. Not cool. It's painful to sit down.
My friends gave me a bit of chocolate whey protein they bought in Mexico. They got 13lbs for 75 CAD or 55 USD and it is an isolate with 5g of BCAA. It was like drinking a glass of concrete. Never drank concrete but I guess the taste would be pretty similar. It wasn't made for taste, it was made for gains.

I was traveling that day. I certainly did not hit my macros. I ate what I could. I made myself a great shake before going to the airport.
When I arrived in Playa del Carmen, I had to walk to go to my appartment. It was a bit painful. I had a super pump in my shins.
Gone are the days when I could buy 1.8kg of turkey for 10 CAD. Meat is now 3-4 times more expensive. All the rest is 1.7 times more expensive.
I crossed the border with my PCT, no problem.

Today was my last dose of anavar.
After the gym, I saw my friends. The last time we saw each other was in August 2023. They are on supplements as well.

Rest day, I went for a walk to the beach listening to an audiobook. Since I arrived in Playa del Carmen, my feet are swollen and I have a hard time walking long distances. It feels like an instantaneous pump in my shins.
Day 93
My feet were less swollen. I can see a vein on a my right foot.
I haven't slept for the past 4 days. According to my fit watch, my sleep is at its worst. Apparently, I had no deep sleep. Zero. I think it's true because I kept rolling in bed. Not stress related. The bed is really uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on wood planks. It I have to find a solution or it will hurt my recovery.
I haven't taken creatine nor glutamine since I arrived. I will order whey protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine and glutamine.
I don't think I went under my maintenance (3100 calories) but it's close. I have to make sure I keep a caloric surplus for my test and to keep my gains. I walk way more now, so I have to check them closely. I don't think I will go back to 340g of proteins daily, more like 260g, but I will increase my carb intake. Fats are good.

Yesterday, I added a futon on the mattress for extra softness. Didn't work. I kept turning and turning. Now, I haven't slept in 5 days.
My feet are even less swolen. I can see more veins on them.
It was a rest day for me today, so I went for a nice walk.
No I didn't get a massage. I think the issue is resolving on its own. I'm 4 days away from starting PCT. I think the esters are clearing out. I remember when I started this cycle, I had no bloating issue. When I was on test alone, the bloat began.
