test e only. Would like some advice / recommendations..
Age 24
Body fat 18%
Weight 76KG
Height 180 CM
Diet
200g protein
300g carbs
80g of fats
Training - 3 day rotate
Day 1 Arms / shoulders
Day 2 chest / back
Day 3 legs / core
Day 4 Rest
Cycle
1-4 weeks 300mg of test e week pin 2x
5-10 weeks 500mg of test e week pin 2x
Supplements,
5g of creatine per day
Fish oil
Liver and organ defender ( rich piana )
TUDCA ( LVLUP )
( Looking for another supplement that can be purchased over the counter for estrogen control if needed )
PCT
Nolvadex

i have many questions before pushing the cycle info, we need to see your log journal in a NEW thread where you share your diet training supplements, this will help us guide you better and some pics there too,
just a suggestion flavor your test pyramid is not going to work base the dose on 500
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
