I'm hoping to get some insight and maybe share some motivation along the way. Four years ago exactly, Covid thrashed my body to the point where I had to learn all the basic functions of mobility all over. Simply put, I lost about 80 pounds of hard earned gains and all the hard work I've put in the gym due to being bedridden for a year and a half! Next phase was physical therapy, learning my new limitations, and time to go to war. Fast forward to now, my approach has to be a bit more strategic than my previous life. I'm currently 6'2, 230 lbs, 21% BF and looking to get down around 19%. My approach, body composure and use of PEDs has changed. I'm easing back into the game and completing a mini cycle of 500 Sust., 450 Primo, and 3 IU generic GH. Looking to cruise on 250 Sust., maybe 200 Mast, 50 MG pharma grade Var ED, 5 daily Tadalafil ED, and give the GH a break and jump on the peptide train. Tesamorelin grabs my interest. My question is, do I really need a break from GH? Could I combo GH and peptides? Been using generics for 6 months now and thinking of going pharma grade, 2 IUs. With keeping the toxicity to a minium, are there any recommendations for lean gain preservation/fat loss cycle? My plan is 5 cardio sessions @ 30 and 15 mixed interval sessions, 5 strength training sessions high reps 4x10-12, 1700 Cal deficit, 240 grams protein. Any critique to the above or additions are highly welcomed.
