I do 2AM and 2 PM. 4 IU in total.training can go a bit higher volume with a drop set bro @Supraslx77
with the sides of hgh why not just drop it to 2/2 for now?

Will try 4IU in the morning next week, couple of guys had the same issues and it helped them.
Average leg day but got the job done. Right knee issues prevent me going harder and that sucks. See if HGH and BCP157 keep improving condition. Well, at least it's not getting worse.

As discussed before (previous pages) I am doing 2IU of HGH AM/PM total of 4IU with some minor improvements, likely will try 4IU in the morning next week (couple of Aussie blokes recommended this as they had similar issues). If nothing helps - I will reduce dose to 3IU and reassess.whats your plan?
