I am coming off, was hoping to not do a pct. If not needed but every week drop a 100 mg until I’m running 100mg a week then get my bloods again after a month and then repeat that for a while to see if it bounces back. This will be on top of my specialist screening for my A1 and A2. It’s just scary to think one of my symptoms for low A1 I brought up 8 years ago, but I was told I was fine. Then something progressed 3 years ago. Now this, perpetually tired and blood results showing that I do in fact have something going on with my lungs and or liver. So this condition could’ve already been snowballing from nearly a decade ago but wanted to post here to try connect the dots. But I will for sure be coming off, going to miss these gains.

If your running any exogenous test you will be shut down until it clears your blood and then your body will react. This is a foolish prospect.
 
I was specifically talking about if my A1 and A2 have improvement which is the main concern right now, adding a bunch of pills with pct protocol could make the liver worse.

If you come off steroids you need PCT or you need to stay on self-TRT. @Fingertoes

With the crazy doses people are running nowadays, it gets harder and harder to understand what a "reasonable" test dose should be. When it comes to TRT or cruising, I recommend people starting at 75-100mg per week Most people will find their sweet spot between there and 150mg. 200mg to me is a pretty high dose. Lots of people are fine to think they can run higher doses and then use an AI to control estrogen for TRT/cruise. The truth is that this is extremely unhealthy. A proper dose should get you to the upper half of the normal range but also keeping estrogen in the normal range.
