@Gouki good update bro but we need to see at least some food pics or training picsUPDATE:
Been working on mobility a lot. Hips feeling looser.
I stopped squatting with weights for now because I want to be able to kick high and fast.
Cardio remains the same. 7 days a week between steady state and HIIT. 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Gym is push pull legs. High volume with focus on isolation contraction and expansion.
Food at the moment is just whole foods mostly. 2x a day. Protein, fats and for carbs 80% fruits 20% starches. example, 5 eggs, a chunck of aged cheddar, Parmesan, 5-10 dates, 300g of blueberries, 2-3 golden kiwis, 1 orange.
@Gouki good update bro but we need to see at least some food pics or training picslog is kind of slowed down
would love to see full updates
Is it really beneficial to split var dose?OK, everyone so the purpose of this log is to share the details of my current cycle that’s going to be contributing more to my athletic goals and current maintenance of physique and strength.
A little background about myself, I was a competitive martial artist in my teenage years. I was also active with gymnastics. I thought I was going to be a professional fighter. That was all I dreamed about growing up. A spinal injury later and I could not be as competitive or even training as hard as I wanted to which led me astray for a few years until one day in the gym someone suggested I should take up competing since I have a good physique. Don’t twist my rubber arm since I’ve beenDon’t twist my rubber arm, since I’ve been deprived of being able to compete in martial arts I was thirsty for that adrenaline rush state so I went in the direction Bodybuilding.
The Bodybuilding chapter in my book is now closed and I’m grateful through the process. I was able to develop other muscles in my body and strengthen my skeletal muscles to a degree where my spinal injury is manageable with exercise and maintaining physical therapy. So I decided to get back to competing in martial arts.
@pur-pharma-canada sent the boosters, huge shout out to the staff and team for super fast shipping and elite tier supply.
strength training program in the gym follows a simple push pull legs push pull with two rest days. Now due to days of martial arts as well as training people it can’t be as I would prefer it. I would have to be flexible and just be able to get it in.
As for cardio and the gym, I’m going to be doing cardio seven days a week. I’m deciding to prioritize my cardiovascular capacity, stamina, and longevity going forward.
I will be training martial arts four times a week for hour and a half each session. A lot of cardio and fast twitch muscle training.
CYCLE:
Primo: 50mg daily
Mast A: 50mg daily
Anavar: 20mg/AM. 20mg/PM
Tbol: 20mg/AM. 20mg/PM
Nolva: 40mg daily.
Nutrition:
I'm not keeping track of anything. Just eating intuitively focusing on higher protein and fats and cycling through carbs. On higher carb days lower the fat intake.
Current weight is 215lbs.
Height is 5'9.
Goal is to remain 215lbs with better body composition, ideally.
I will be updating this log weekly.
I welcome ALL relevant questions so feel free to pick my brain.
This is what I'm trying to figure out for my wife. I can see once a day could keep sides down vs 2 x day?Is it really beneficial to split var dose?
I hear it doesn't matter. The king Gemelli lol says it doesn't matterThis is what I'm trying to figure out for my wife. I can see once a day could keep sides down vs 2 x day?
Is it really beneficial to split var dose?
Dylan GemelliIt sure does matter. I don't know who king Gemelli is so I can't make any comments.
Biochenically we are talking about blood level stabilization, less processing for the kidneys at a time, therefore making it less unhealthy and maintaining chemical stability.
These are the reasons why professionals split up their doses and even inject on a daily basis regarding of slow or fast bonding esters.
I totally agree. I even split my trt dose. 75mg Monday same ThursdayIt sure does matter. I don't know who king Gemelli is so I can't make any comments.

I would split the dose of the anavar AM/pre training, more effective broThis is what I'm trying to figure out for my wife. I can see once a day could keep sides down vs 2 x day?
More training info and pics and meals pics broI appreciate the feed back! Doing the best I can with the time I've got brother. I'll try to remeber to take pictures whenever I can!
Not really sure what to update other than when there's an actual update.
Open to suggestions.
@Gouki food looks amazing, you look thickUPDATE:
I have to transparently say I fucking love Pür.
I just did a blood work and it's the cleanest results I've had. EVER. being on a cycle.
God bless everything was normal and looking well.
Estrogen panel all under control.
@pur-pharma-canada thank YOU for being so godlike
In the Gym - pumps are 10/10. Strength has been increased very smoothly. Grip strength specifically very fnoticrable. I can go through a heavy back day and maintain my grip (I don't like using straps it kills so much time)
Flexibility has increased as a by product of my daily stretching and hip mobility training.
I also do a hamstring program as well.
This has allowed me to do hanging leg raises instead of fighting to bring my legs up.
@Npcclassicphysique champ i managed to get some food pics in from the week lmao I beg your forgiveness but hey its a start I guess right haha.
I personally feel revamped. With new endurance and flexibility there's more areas of training that I now enjoy exploring and pushing my boundaries instead of being under the heavy weights (truth be told it got boring for me and I just didn't care much for it)
I'd like to share training clips I feel it would be great content instead of pictures because you can see the movements and nice to analyze.
Overall this week was a great win for me due to improving in areas I aimed to improve.
Every night I pray and thank God for my heath and blessings and for having @pur-pharma-canada
I thought I could just eat two large meals (am and pm) but with all the cardio I started to lose energy and strength.@Gouki food looks amazing, you look thickcan see you really pushing it hard.
