I was fatigued by the time of the declines lol. I tried to take some new pics but they weren the best so will get my girl to take some. But starting to really see my abs and obliques now so I'm happy. Just finished my last pin of Sus and deca so I've got 250mg of test c to drop onto for my try for about 8 weeks and then I'm going to do a cutting cycle of maybe tren and masteron with the test.

That's the first time I have done proper bodyweight pull ups. I usually use the weight assist machine so I want to try and build it up. I really struggled to get the last 3 out but I done it so I'm happy.
Get a 4th set with 5 reps like push it to the limit :D
