I had a good pump at the end of this week. Etching out some more fat loss and vascularity coming thru. Right Tricep tendon is becoming a bit tender so I've eased up on some tricep training for this week but increased the bicep's volume.

1.5 weeks of this cycle remaining and I feel like I'm literally making noticeable progress week to week now. Keeping up consistent training and diet with the current formula of gear and patiently sqeezing out the gains along the way. My sleep and recovery has been very good too - with no real super late nights for a month now.

This is the peak of my cycle dosages atm btw:

- 350mg of @HybridLabs Testosterone E per week (split into daily injections)
- 700mg of @HybridLabs Masteron E per week (split into daily injections)
- 3IU of @Core Pharma HGH (currently doing 1hr pre-workout intramuscularly)

3 scrambled eggs with 2 chopped up lean beef sausages + Greek Yogurt + 60g of quick oats (with a scoop of WPI in skim milk) + Green Tea

Progress is impressive, strong cycle. You should start switching up to new sponsors :D

1 week of this 20 week cycle remaining and progress has been fantastic. I'm probably at the lowest body fat I've ever been, and muscles are feeling thiccer and fuller accompanied with vascularity. I've still got heaps of progress left in the tank. I'm not burnt out at all and feeling very healthy and motivated in the gym. I'll be doing a blood test in a couple of days and if it looks anything like my previous blood test, I probably won't even go on a cruise after this and just keep it going. I haven't done anything drastic or reached for the more harsher compounds, and whilst I'm tempted, I feel i've got more gains left in the tank even at my current dose of Test and Mast. My goal this cycle was to put on lean mass across my shoulders and arms, and I think I've begun to do that. Getting my diet and exercise selection and volume has been the real game changer. Looking forward to posting the full before and after comparison from week 1 to week 20 very soon!

@TheOne1 your arms are looking amazing and shoulders back thick, and I see you getting leaner too, huge results in the training :D you are a real unit.

I like the stake in potato mix. That's my favorite for sure.

Did you food prep all those meals?

If so, you are definitely a pro.
Some of them are prepped, others are just made on the fly by my missus :)

Air fried potatoes are the best.

Do you have one of those potato Choppers?
