I am pretty sure it's tendinitis as it's happening in delts, forarms and hips. I am
thinking about increasing my TRT back to 250mg like I did last recovery phase. I wanted to try 150mg but I don't think it's gonna happen. Ideally I should probably add 100mg NPP per week but we will see how it goes. Worst case I will be back on cycle in 4 weeks with 200-300 NPP anyway.
