Went in for a late afternoon session today since we had to take ferry back across the sound from our daughters place. Not the normal amount of energy. Didnt eat too much and even skipped dessert yesterday after eating prime rib. Slept for just over 10 hours after dinner last night. Strength is still picking up while eating on average of 2000 cals per day. Waist is still getting tighter. Planning to do 305 for sets of 7 next week on incline as I dont see any reason why my strength will fall at this point. Just finished 4 weeks on Tbol and Anavar. Have another 4 weeks to go at 40mg of each per day. Not changing a damn thing. When things are working keep it the same until it doesn't. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Had a good session today considering how tired and fatigued I feel. Almost feel like a deload is in order. I think I will go one more hard week before deloading followed by a heavy week with low volume tapering so I can max out the week after. I should lose a bunch of weight in the process as muscle/excess water weight will drop during the taper. As long as I am stronger I don't give a shit. I will have plenty of time to slowly put the muscle back on with IGF in the fridge. Ok everyone have a great week ahead and get strong AF!!!
I also wanted to point out that every single set I did in the gym is listed including the 4 warmup sets for deadlifts. I have a belief that once your main exercise is warmed up there is no reason to waste sets going forward unless its a completely different muscle group that didnt get any blood flow in the first exercise.

Had a good day today. Increased Close Grip bench by my weekly 10 lb increase to 305 for sets of 7. Next week will be either a deload or 315 for sets of 6. All depends how I feel and recover. My deload might be different and just go hard on the big 3 and taper everything else down to nothing. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get strong AF!!!
