Another day of peaking and hitting another all time best on my incline bench. Went up to 350 for a single. Could have done more but I want to see how high I can get by the years end so I have 2 more sessions left to peak to the fullest. Feels good to have zero shoulder pain today. Took a meloxicam last night and it completely took care of the inflammation. I can imagine my body will probably start twitching from all the energy being stored up from tapering so much. Feels good on the body. Almost like a deload but better as peaking for heavy lifts is alot more fun. I will be back on Friday for possibly attempting 635 on my conventional deadlift. I will at least attempt to do it. If I fail I will most likely hit it the following week as my body will at least know what the weight feels like. Ok everyone have a good finish to the week.

Wasn't feeling it today with my shoulder. As the weights increase on the benching the more it irritates it. Looking forward to finishing this year up so I can ease off and just concentrate on recomping at a weight around 230-235. Hoping I can have little pain tomorrow when I am incline benching 315. Ok everyone have a good strong week ahead!!!
We got him all loaded up for his 350lb incline bench. Went up pretty fast. Would took a pic but had to spot him. I think 365 is in reach no prob. Nice job!!12/17/24

Had a really good close grip bench session today. Hit massive PR. My best before today was 315 for sets of 5. Never did a one rep max with close grip but today was nice. Blew right past that with 365. Hoping to increase again by another 10 lbs next week for the final week of the peaking process. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!
