ez bar curl and reverse grip is on point.

And you finish it up with some abdominals as well.

I love consistency with the chicken and rice and broccoli. Those are good protein and carb options

Nice. Is that your kitchen counter? Our counter is all cluttered up with freaking supplement bottles gear all kinds of shit!! Can hardly make meals cuz counter space is monopolized by supps n PEDs!!! Lol 🤣💪🌸🤷‍♀️
That's my bathroom cabinet where the gear is living. I have an entire cabinet in the kitchen as well with supps, pre workouts, protien and all the other shit I need/take!!!
