Second cycle

I am running test e 500mg for my first cycle. I was thinking about cruising and then going with test e +dbol. Thoughts?
Kinda hard to give you any guidance when we know nothing about you.
For a second cycle testE at 500mg/wk and dbol at 20mg/day is fine.
"Cruising" may not be fine.
Why not start a log so we can help you on your journey?

If you on 2nd week you need to start leveling up and getting your log going. Can you start a LOG journal for the EVO family? @Oswold

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I have been avoiding to start a log because I’m not very systematica bkth with training and diet. Though I will now post at least my general “stats”.
I’m 19, 175cm, on a bulking cycle (currently 75kg probably 17-18% bf).
I’m allergic to milk butter and everything related to animal milk. Breakfast is usually an average bowl of cereal. As for the rest of the day I usually try not to each much between meals, which are usually 300g of meat with frozen vegetables and then either pasta, rice or eggs with tomato sauce for the other meal. Currently I’m only able to eat 250g of pasta max or 100g of rice or 5-6eggs.
I train 3 times a week.
As for my first cycle, I started 4 weeks ago with test e 500mg/week. For now I have not needed any ai and have not seen any positive/negative effect except maybe for increase in rate of gaining weight.

cereal is fake food. you need to fix your diet, its much easier to accomplish your goals when diet is on point. log your meals and we can work on things from there

get a log going. that is the best way to really dial in everything. we dont know anything else about you

you are only 19? this is very dangerous what you are doing. steroids should not be used at your age

you haven't even finished developing your hpta. so 19 years old is no good. focus on your diet/training for a few years

bros my thoughts that a big bulking stack. if that what you want should get good results. but you can also bloat a lot tell us more and get a log up

and at 19 you shouldn't consider tren or any steroids.
 
Yeah, but I was asking for my 2nd cycle. Isn’t tren let alone stacking with tren more advanced? And btw don't know if this matters but I’m 19
