another little updates for the bros.
strength has been great lately, feels like the var and primo have kicked in a bit now. I've been teetering between 20mg and 30mg of Var a day. I think 40mg is still the gold standard but I'm happy I started low to see the lower dosed effects anyway. Next time will run a full 40mg throughout.
weight is steady - 103-104kg - feeling a bit vein-ier as well which is good so i think i'd be getting a bit leaner, regardless of the scale.
hit 80kg for 3 on close grip incline bench yesterday, whereas last week 70kg-75kg was a 4-5 rep set and this morning hit the 35kg dumbbells for 3 on shoulder press which i was stoked about cos i had no spotter and last time I tried that weight was about a month ago and needed a spot just to get them into the air. feeling like 37.5kg with a spot would be comfortable. I've had a ganglion cyst right on the top of my wrist since I was like 15 and it's always given me grief with heavy push stuff when my wrist is bent a bit but lately i think with all the extra strength training, i don't even notice pain from it so i'm glad I can try things like close grip barbell bench now.
elbow pain still sucks but hasn't been as bad lately but still annoying.
overall, everythings going well.
Bout to re-order some more test as i'm running low on ugl stuff excited to try some new brands from here.
