weight staying the same with little fluctuations - 103kg today, 102.3kg yesterday
not too fussed as I'm feeling a bit more vascular, calves/front calves are like rocks at the moment and bicep veins are starting to come through and are noticeable when lifting now. I'm relatively happy with how I look (far from the goal) but happy enough to be confident enough like this. Still a bit of belly fat that just wont go, I think if I got to 95kg, I'd be pretty content, but weights not moving, so if it's a year of recomp, its a year of recomp and I look good at 100kg...i've had wide hips and love handles since I was 11 so what's a big longer lmao.
I'm so ridiculously happy with my ribcage up...just need to sort out underneath haha

got a new pre-workout thats aussie made called Altered State and I'm loving it (for any aussies that want to try a new one, literally tastes like a cyclone iceblock) so using that, 3g creatine and 20mg anavar for PWO.
bent over rows 4sets 8reps 60kg
seated wide grip row 4sets 6reps 80kg
wide lat pulldown 3sets 8reps 70kg
seated iso single arm pulldown 40kg a side
not really feeling the var at 20mg like the first couple of days but will see it out. If I use it again, it'll definitely be 40-50mg min a day.
I've played with a couple 40mg days and the pumps are sick. It's only been 14 days so I'm not really feeling much from the Primo yet (that I'm aware of) but will still see it through until early March. Pretty interested in running Mast E if I don't really see any benefits from the Primo.
need to drop back to my 100mg a week once this is over in March so I can renew my bloodwork and script for my pharma stuff lol
will probably hover there or 150mg a week until maybe September and then add another compound in for a pre-summer blast.
food, as always, pretty similar, same eggs for breakfast, lunch today was 250g tri tip, 1 ear of corn, 1 cup rice and some bbq sauce and bbq seasoning, a bagel with protein PB for an afternoon pre workout with another 20mg vardinner will be 250g tri tip and probably some more rice
if you guys want more flavour in your food for next to no calories --- look into bbq rubs. Majority of them are so low cal its not funny and are just 1000000000% flavour.
