log update

weight staying the same with little fluctuations - 103kg today, 102.3kg yesterday
not too fussed as I'm feeling a bit more vascular, calves/front calves are like rocks at the moment and bicep veins are starting to come through and are noticeable when lifting now. I'm relatively happy with how I look (far from the goal) but happy enough to be confident enough like this. Still a bit of belly fat that just wont go, I think if I got to 95kg, I'd be pretty content, but weights not moving, so if it's a year of recomp, its a year of recomp and I look good at 100kg...i've had wide hips and love handles since I was 11 so what's a big longer lmao.
I'm so ridiculously happy with my ribcage up...just need to sort out underneath haha

back day today, always have to be careful when doing back if my disc/issue slips out
got a new pre-workout thats aussie made called Altered State and I'm loving it (for any aussies that want to try a new one, literally tastes like a cyclone iceblock) so using that, 3g creatine and 20mg anavar for PWO.

bent over rows 4sets 8reps 60kg
seated wide grip row 4sets 6reps 80kg
wide lat pulldown 3sets 8reps 70kg
seated iso single arm pulldown 40kg a side

not really feeling the var at 20mg like the first couple of days but will see it out. If I use it again, it'll definitely be 40-50mg min a day.
I've played with a couple 40mg days and the pumps are sick. It's only been 14 days so I'm not really feeling much from the Primo yet (that I'm aware of) but will still see it through until early March. Pretty interested in running Mast E if I don't really see any benefits from the Primo.

need to drop back to my 100mg a week once this is over in March so I can renew my bloodwork and script for my pharma stuff lol
will probably hover there or 150mg a week until maybe September and then add another compound in for a pre-summer blast.

food, as always, pretty similar, same eggs for breakfast, lunch today was 250g tri tip, 1 ear of corn, 1 cup rice and some bbq sauce and bbq seasoning, a bagel with protein PB for an afternoon pre workout with another 20mg var ;) dinner will be 250g tri tip and probably some more rice

if you guys want more flavour in your food for next to no calories --- look into bbq rubs. Majority of them are so low cal its not funny and are just 1000000000% flavour.

anyway. another update for anyone keen to keep on reading along.
might go for a bicep workout tonight cos works been shiiiiit
@trtdaddy you can do more lat pulls but do 12-20 reps lower weight

Because my lunches are usually for content but here’s a little recent assortment

Protein is easily hit because that’s generally what I’m cooking.

Breakfast is the same eggs meal every day.
4 eggs, sandwhich thin, salsa.

another little updates for the bros.

strength has been great lately, feels like the var and primo have kicked in a bit now. I've been teetering between 20mg and 30mg of Var a day. I think 40mg is still the gold standard but I'm happy I started low to see the lower dosed effects anyway. Next time will run a full 40mg throughout.

weight is steady - 103-104kg - feeling a bit vein-ier as well which is good so i think i'd be getting a bit leaner, regardless of the scale.

hit 80kg for 3 on close grip incline bench yesterday, whereas last week 70kg-75kg was a 4-5 rep set and this morning hit the 35kg dumbbells for 3 on shoulder press which i was stoked about cos i had no spotter and last time I tried that weight was about a month ago and needed a spot just to get them into the air. feeling like 37.5kg with a spot would be comfortable. I've had a ganglion cyst right on the top of my wrist since I was like 15 and it's always given me grief with heavy push stuff when my wrist is bent a bit but lately i think with all the extra strength training, i don't even notice pain from it so i'm glad I can try things like close grip barbell bench now.

elbow pain still sucks but hasn't been as bad lately but still annoying.

overall, everythings going well.
Bout to re-order some more test as i'm running low on ugl stuff excited to try some new brands from here.

imo you can bump the anavar now to 50mgs even the way you look STRONG

OH -- also forgot...

on friday I hit a vein or something in my delt. full tren cough spec lol
thought I was going to die haha coughing, dizzy, hot flush, sweating.
my god. absolutely do not recommend that to anyone hahaha
@trtdaddy tren cough is nornal with trenbolone, you do need to get cardarine gw
and did you aspirate before injections? if not do so man

oh i'm not on tren, just had the cough from hitting into the bloodstream haha

I don't. I never have, I might get 1 drop of blood a month post injection. May start though lol...

I probably will bump it up after this lot is finished, have a break and go a bit harder. Also going to try Mast after the Primo is done too.

i suggest some bpc157 for the elbow you can low dose it and see how you feel

look into something called graston technique. that will help.

you can have someone do it for you or you can do it yourself
 
high volume lifting will pound the way at the elbows and make them worse
