@RoidRage69 thanks for the share. I use the same super enzymes and my clients do too, I would up more caps, some of my guys who down close to 500 grams of protein are up to 6-8 caps per day.

I would suggest some protein and carbs with it, kind of like insulin. 2 of my guys had crazy shakes like hypo (low BS too) after IGF so I'm careful with it now. You can use madhava but I prefer my guys use organic honey, if thats in your budget go for it with some whey protein.
'Assimilating' protein is a hard one, you know its variable from person to person and you were on semgalutide so will take time for digestion to restart fully imo. Both HGH and IGF-1 are known to enhance protein synthesis, increasing the body's ability to utilize protein for muscle growth and repair, and with your recomp situation, I would try to get at least 70-80 grams of perotein if you can with it. Even if you waste a bit no problem, I've seen your training, you wont overspill, you're likely to just gain more.
