Ok everyone I need your help. I need ideas for me to get 400 grams protein per day so I can pack on all the muscle I lost over the last 6 months in the next 4-6 weeks. I figure fish and rice is probably my best option for easy to digest. Any other ideas? I got tons of whey and casein protein powder as well to add to each meal when needed.
 
Results of 11 weeks of Semaglutide.
Start Day Nov 27th 272.5lbs 202.5 Lean lbs
End Day Feb 19th 241.5 187.1 lean lbs
My visceral fat has gone from 22lbs to 17lbs.
31 lbs lost. about half and half fat and muscle, but that will be off as alot of it glycogen depletion/water loss. I expect lean mass to jump relatively quickly while my body gets rid of the semaglutide over the next week and muscle glycogen starts filling up. I am surprised at how my strength has gone up so well while losing all this weight. All in all I am a firm believer in using Semaglutide and will continue to use it for rapid fat loss. Will be taking 8 weeks off from it and then going back onto a tiny .25mg does per week and up to as high as .5mg before stoping it after 8 weeks. I think 8 weeks is the sweet spot for time of use for my goals.
 
I can get a dozen eggs for $1.5 so I can get 4 times cheaper to crack open eggs and dump the yolk. I can see it is a good option though for flavored eggs if you dont have the time to crack open eggs.
Ease of use makes diet a lot easier. Need a little extra protien, just pick up the jug and start drinking!!!

She gets to pick which one she wants. She will most likely pick the tbone since it has a partial tenderloin attached.
Took the NY. I don’t need that big a steak. They both tasted delish! Tenderloins are overrated. He will always give me the best. Or offers me choice.

IGF-1 LR3 targets damaged muscle cells first and foremost. When there is none left it goes to the organs. This is why I have upped the volume a little. I am sore as hell today, but I am also pumped up as well. Pretty swollen today. Thats a good thing. So far today I have had 185 grams of protein in my first two meals. I have 3 left to eat. Should be about 400 grams today.
 
Tonight’s dinner with family. I’m so proud of my meat!!! Goes in oven at noon. Comes out at 5pm. 13lb boneless prime rib.

I forgot to take photos of my dinner tonight. I made chicken parmigiana, white rice, and broccoli. I’ve had 330 grams protein today with about 100 grams carbs, and 75 grams fat. Will have a casein protein shake with 1% lactose free milk before bed.

My stomach feels much better now. Lots of gas ingesting 380 grams protein yesterday. Most likely will lower down to 325-350.
@RoidRage69 the gas part, easy to handle, get digestive enzymes 2-3 caps per day, add probiotics 2x/day and psyllium husk powder 2 tbps per day. You will fix that issue easy with gas.

I bet I take more digestive enzymes than anyone on here. Its the amount of protein way too high at this time. Already take everything you suggest. Not everyone can handle 400 grams of protein for a first time. I have only eaten about 150-200 grams in the past on average per day even when I was at my strongest and biggest back in the mid 90's. The easiest way is to lower the grams down and then slowly build up over time which I will do. I just wish I could figure out the least amount I would need in order to put on 20lbs of muscle in the next 8 weeks while taking the gh/igf stack.

Also would it be a bad idea for me to add creatine in at this point? That would possibly be a bad idea for my blood pressure wouldn't it since I am no longer in a cut?

and yes I agree going high from a low point on protein is hard on digestion but the digestive aids above would make it night and day

I take the best live cultures. Its not my first rodeo. Not going to share as Ive already shown the board a photo months back. I am taking the best possible things I can take with guidance from you and others. Today Ive only had 200 grams and I have no gas. No change in amounts of digestives and pre and probiotics either. If I didnt take digestives I would have diarrhea.

Anyone take IGF-1 DES? Could it help speed up healing of shoulder pain?
If you're not using HGH sure igf1 des would help but I found with hgh its not as effective. Though, great pre training/post training aid if you are trying to grow, slam a protein shake with honey on top and it's growth city.

I would suggest some protein and carbs with it, kind of like insulin. 2 of my guys had crazy shakes like hypo (low BS too) after IGF so I'm careful with it now. You can use madhava but I prefer my guys use organic honey, if thats in your budget go for it with some whey protein.

'Assimilating' protein is a hard one, you know its variable from person to person and you were on semgalutide so will take time for digestion to restart fully imo. Both HGH and IGF-1 are known to enhance protein synthesis, increasing the body's ability to utilize protein for muscle growth and repair, and with your recomp situation, I would try to get at least 70-80 grams of perotein if you can with it. Even if you waste a bit no problem, I've seen your training, you wont overspill, you're likely to just gain more.

We already take all these , probiotics, fiber, collagen peptides, plenty of full spectrum digestives. psyllium tends to make me more gassy but I like the fiber effects.

@RoidRageWife I would go lower on non training days with IGF but keep protein high since you're recovering and growing on non training days thats when you need the fuel.

psyllium husk powder is stronger, so I suggest mixing 1tbps of husk powder and 1tbsp of raw husk, warm/cool water and drink it down with a big cup of water.

You shouldn't need more than 300g or so. I prob would stick to 1g/lb to build.
 
Yeah I am going to try and keep 300 grams as a floor. On back and leg day probably go as high as 375.
I would just keep your protein at 300 and adjust carbs on higher output days. Even 300g is prob not all going to be used. When building 1g/lb is more than adequate especially when on gear.

Yeah I am going to stay at 300 for now I think. I think anymore than that is just a waste and it hurts my stomach no matter how much digestive enzymes I swallow. 80 grams of whey is turning my stomach inside out right now. Ive learned my lesson fast the last couple days. Not going to waste money on excessive protein intake. The good thing about my way is I can see how things work and adjust very quickly if I feel things are not right. I am not going to waste time doing something when I know things are not right. 3 days of excessive protein at 350 or more is enough for me to figure out that its too much. There is a reason why I have always felt 200 grams is enough even when I was at my biggest and strongest back in the 90's. I knew better that the supplement industry is a complete scam.

Good call on keeping the protein. If you have too much it will just get "converted" to carbs anyways. Not that exact process but if you wanted to research it more just look up gluconeogenesis. Great job on the log man. The steaks from the other day looked amazing too!

Do u consider warm up sets to more volume? I think it counts m. Since we started with seated cable rows. We don’t usually post all the warm ups only the working sets! So u wanna add on 4 more sets of 8-20ish reps that’s a lot of cable rows.

I want to have more muscle on my frame in 8 weeks than I had started with in July when I started my recomp. I think its very doable to do this since muscle memory is real. So I should be 260-265 in 8 weeks if things go as planned.

@RoidRage69 I think its possible but better goal is 230lbs at 10% bodyfat, you're not far from it and you can do it.
