Tbol Sust/Test C Stack in motion

Good day everyone. So I have researched threads but haven’t really found the info I was looking for so here it goes.

230lbs
5 11”
17.7bf
300g protein daily
1800-2200 caloric intake

Have been on TRT for the past 2 years.
Starting my 3rd cycle with this being the second time taking this stack.
-250 Sust 250 Test C injecting every 3 days
-50mg Tbol ED
-Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
I’m going to run this stack for 6 weeks but want to dab into a longer cycle this time. What would you suggest? My goal is to build lean gains and trying to trim down to 11-13% BF. Would incorporating Clen into my current stack be effective? Maybe running Anavar for 6weeks after TBol? I have to stay away from Tren as it fucks up my mental status. lol . Any info is greatly appreciated.

Your gonna want to run this at least 12 weeks. At 6 weeks some of the esters in the sustanon have not even reached full blood saturation yet.
My goal is to build lean gains and trying to trim down to 11-13% BF.
THis is hard to do. It's called recomp. I would focus first on cutting some bodayfat and then starting your cycle to build muscle.

good you asked first this is a smart move

the honest answer to your cycle question is we dont know, like tbol is not good to get lean not always and anavar can have sides
masteron might be better here and sustanon not for cutting another issue

to really help you with your cycle we need to know more about you, we dont know anything about you except that you're on TRT and look good in the avatar
pleases share in a NEW thread a LOG journal with us, your TRT log with diet training cardio sleep and history and we can set up a whole cycle and guide you from there with actual info

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Man I didn’t even know there was a podcast. That’s awesome news!!! Yes I will create a log with a brief history and where I’m at now, along with my current regiment.
 
Your gonna want to run this at least 12 weeks. At 6 weeks some of the esters in the sustanon have not even reached full blood saturation yet.

THis is hard to do. It's called recomp. I would focus first on cutting some bodayfat and then starting your cycle to build muscle.
I have been taking 1ml split into 2 injection a week of Sust250 for the past 9 month for my TRT.
 
learn more about sustanon. it was designed to be pinned in large amounts INFREQUENTLY. no need to pin it every 3 days or twice a week even. technically it should be pinned once every 3 weeks

your arms look really lean
definitely put up more pictures so we can give you a better number on your body fat
 
I don't think you're really 18% body fat either
but it's hard to tell without a log
 
I hope to see a log Journal out of you

there's going to be some adjustments that need to be made on Cycles specially with your AI dose

Meals for the day is prepped

Total estimated calories and protein 1180/225

Leaving me with some room for dinner and a snack.

My liver aid regiment consist of Milk Thistle and Tudca.

I placed an order this morning for a bottle of L –Carnatine through AA to start pinning my abdomen to hopefully help lose my gut.

Took my orals @ 1pm

Pinned the glute with 125mg TestC/150mg Sust @ 4pm. Pre workout time and off to the gym by 5pm.

Todays workout routine:

~Dumbell Crush Press 60x12,70x10,80x6,90xfailure(4)
~Cable fly’s 30x15,40x10,50x10,57.5xfailure(7)
~ Decline Bench on Smith

It’s be a good run so far and trying to recomp has been by goal. Staying focused and motivated some days after working in the heat for 12 hrs is the roughest part at times. But I’ll keep on keeping on.💪💪

Secondly, you would want to go 12 weeks with sustanon as others have pointed out but DO NOT run 12 weeks of continuous orals... that will absolutely thrash your liver, kidneys, cholesterol, blood pressure and other organs.. i would look at adding a few sarms in there as opposed to the orals, that will not only harm you far less but ultimately get you better results... s23 and ac262 or s4 would be great additions to the stack

2 of the esters within sust have half lives of less than 5 days. So no you most definitely shouldn't pin it once every 3 weeks.

Just use test U if you want to do that.
