Hello All,

I am starting a new log to help showcase the gear of @BigBoyLabs.
Current weight is 88-89 kg following a 4 week cut to get me ready for my growth phase.
Cycle stack is fairly moderate and dosages change based on what my coach has instore.
Test sus at 300 primo at 500 deca at 100 growth hormone at 4iu 2iu morning 2iu night and 200mg of Lcarntine injected IM.
Supps include all manner of vitamins as well as metformin and telmisartin.
Diet currently is about 2800 as a maintenance before I get into the growth phase I'm hoping to be in full swing in a week and a half.
Current food macros are Protein 230 Carbs 323 and Fats 46.

Current training split is Monday Legs, Tuesday Pull, Wednesday Push, Thursday rest, Friday Posterior chain, Saturday Chest delts and arms and Sunday rest.

Ive been a bit slack with my other log but will be in full swing for this.

Honestly not too bad.
Meal one is oats and banana.
Meal 2 is my chicken wrap
Meal 3 is chicken tikka with vegetables and rice.
Meal 4 is cream of rice with protien powder and berries.
Meal 5 is extra lean mince and spudlite potatoes with vegetables.
That with about 4-5l of fluids a day.

I would love to add some more fats current have a coach keeping it real lean.
Personally I prefer yams but they are more calorie dense then the spudlite which are very calorie light for a potatoe so helps me with feeling full haha 😄

stay clean :) on the yams they are better in fiber and nutrition

I probably love Tren as much as you love primo. The hype about tren preserving muscle mass while in a deficit is real.
I want to put it in a cycle but will probably run it after this growth phase for a cut.

Something scary about a compound that works that good imo, im going to take my chances with NPP and experiment with that for my lean mass and size in my recomp, tren just freaks me out brother, I just can't see myself taking it, same goes for things like clen absolutely won't ever take, this will sound stupid but I'd rather lose a show then take clen, nasty stuff.

Yeah trens interesting. I guess it's about how well your body tolerates it and the dose.
Clens OK it does cook my blood pressure though so I need to make sure that's in check but I only run it at a fairly low dose.

Thanks brother yeah anytime I run something new I run my bloods along side and keep my bp in check. Test primo is definitely the way to go you just feel good 👍

Absolutely, that's why I hope with the recomp I don't feel like complete shit lol, I will be running more than I typically do to see what I can achieve. That is awesome I love that you believe in doing things right and taking care of your health 💪
