I actually like the foil packs easy to grab a few caps out
i know we've been messaging about the caps and breaking them down but this is for everyone else's benefit
there is about 170mg of powder per cap depending on dosage that means either 10mg or 20mg of active ingredient the rest is sugar and micro crystalline cellulose (mcc) so 85mg of the powder would be a half dose and 42.50mg would be a quarter and so on if you have the scale or utensils to be able to measure it otherwise best to try and judge by eye
Science has proven that straighter labels do account for 10-15% more concentration. But pubes??? At least an extra 20%.
