the cramp likely tied to lack of electrolytes and taurine, how much are you taking in per day? @rizzlekdizzle
 
make sure you get in some electrolytes and taurine. it works good together.
 
Finishing out with concentration curls, is always fun.
Get a nice pump going to finish things.
 
Good job hitting the cardio very, very important to do that and build a strong heart.

the press machines and racks were full! new gym is busy at times :(
Dude that is the worst! That is why i switched to a warehouse gym that is 24/7 because i can train at night when its 6 people or less at the gym, dont miss the corporate gyms.

I like the shoulder training and then I like how you hit the legs. Nice back-to-back training.
 
Hamstring curls are very important.

Yeah, sometimes when the gym is busy, you just gotta hit what you can hit. I agree with that.
 
Much props man. You got in a workout. It doesn't matter how busy. The gym is just getting your workout and handle your business.
 
Yep it sucks when it’s busy (though this morning much more quiet go figure) - just got to supplement some exercises for another but better than not doing anything

I have an allergy to avocado (which suits me I don't trust a fruit you can spread....)
Also have an allergy to watermelon which was strange - only developed that a few yrs ago...
