From last nights pull, amazing session and feeling really good here, cals and drugs are doing there thing majorly atm seeing scale weight and strength going up daily atm so it’s all really kicking, sitting close to 111kg fasted this morning.

Will update on legs on Thursday, today is rest day and it’s needed after last two days of training. Feeling pretty decently recovered as food and drugs are there to support but can feel a rest needed and that’s the split anyway so be back on Thursday for legs (huge one)
