Some people on TRT prefer having their E2 run in the higher end as long as they’re not experiencing any negative sides, mostly to tap into the improved mood and libido benefits. If you're experiencing sides and are looking for ways to get it under control, then you'll either need to lower your dose or implement some form of estrogen control. In saying that, if your primary use of testosterone is solely for TRT purposes, then the use of an AI is not recommended as they also come with their own nasty side effects and prolonged use of them will only lead to problems further down the track. If you're on TRT then I assume you're planning to be on it for the rest of your life and you really don't want to be putting more things into your body than you need to be. Lower your dose until you find what works and you'll be fine

Your e2 is higher than I'd expect for 125mg/wk. I have a few questions but I don't want to hijack @Robules's thread any further! I'll head on over to yours and have a read brother.Thanks so much for the advice
And yeah, next step is lowering from 125mg to 100mg , at 125 mg testosterone was above normal ranges but oestrogen got to 240 pmol (<100) only sides are possible pointy nips and maybe some random fatigue, but nothing the affects work/gym performance etc. I’m fairly lean so not sure why i have the high oestrogen.
And as you said i would like to steer clear of adding more and more chemicals to the body, at 44 i’m looking to establish a long term, sustainable protocol.
