Thanks @kcates july 19th. Me too. I’ve gotta make weight! I’m very close to American record for deadlifts so my goal has been to get back to my PR of 385lbs in 2018!! I’m only 20lb away I got 4 weeks. 380.3lbs is American record If I don’t make weight then it’s 429.9!! Which I will get at some point. 💪

I’m sitting at 138-139. I need to be under 132!! I’m kinda stuck. This Semaglutide slow digestion Gonna kick in more cardio gotta up the fiber Maybe gotta cut carbs more too hit more Keto action diet. Just a local comp no online stream that I know of.

At a diff gym it’s our old private powerlifting gym. Small they got kilo plates have 3 real powerlifting squat racks. Can squat & bench here and feel my lifts the way I need to too. It’s expensive for 2 of us but were figuring out away to at least get a month paid for. Got doubles on my increased squats. Very pleased with this. I had gotten 295 triples way back in 2019!! I have hit single 300lbs end of April. So I’m happy with this so far! Couldn’t get this done without the killer coaching of my hubby and training partner @RoidRage69 along with an awesome sponsor in @PSL @~Vision~ supporting me and believing in my abilities. That’s why if He tells you what to do u do it right first time!! But I was stoked was trying to see on the chart what kilo conversion for 200lbs was for my bench was only gonna go up 5lbs for doubles. He said 203.9! cuz you always have to go up 2.5kg jumps. You have round pounds up never down. So I was nervous if I could pause rep that but I did both sets of 2. 🎉 I was pretty stoked it moved as well as it did. And I’m sore from doing squats yesterday. Not used to training in evening as well. Was pretty happy. Mr did awesome too! 341 did 2 pause reps moved too easy! So… He pause rep 364 cuz coach said he could. So you do it or he’ll scream at u lol 🤣 happy lifting 💪🌸

There are drug free and non tested feds. We are not competing in drug tested Fed. I know people that have American records.

If u want a drug tested record you compete in USAPL. We are in USPA.

I was really impressed yesterday with her bench. I'm trying to figure out how high we can go with her on bench. I think 220 is not out of the question.

Got to hear coach scream loud scary shit at one of the gals doing squats. Getting close to Nationals time for a few gals, so he gets really fired up!😳💪 lol! That’s why if He tells you what to do u do it right first time!! But I was stoked was trying to see on the chart what kilo conversion for 200lbs was for my bench was only gonna go up 5lbs for doubles. He said 203.9! cuz you always have to go up 2.5kg jumps. You have round pounds up never down. So I was nervous if I could pause rep that but I did both sets of 2. 🎉 I was pretty stoked it moved as well as it did. And I’m sore from doing squats yesterday. Not used to training in evening as well. Was pretty happy. Mr did awesome too! 341 did 2 pause reps moved too easy! So… He pause rep 364 cuz coach said he could. So you do it or he’ll scream at u lol 🤣 happy lifting 💪🌸
not sure how i feel about a female competing in strength @RoidRageWife i've always felt like females should be doing beauty pagent or maybe bikini. but i give you props regardless

Seems like you got a good bunch of people that you train with. @RoidRageWife Very exciting times for a few people. There's a lot of people competing this summer, I've been hearing some stories of people getting back into it too.

They do open and tested so both. Would not be fair to go up against non tested not goid sportsmanship there. if I did and got tested positive I’d be thrown out of the fed or suspended for several years anyhow. So that be bad brio! Some records of any feds that tested and non test are put together for rankings world wide tho.

Went in moved some weight this morning! Couple sets @ 50% 1RM. Did 45 minutes cardio Thursday. Been stretching and rolling out daily. Feeling good don’t feel beat up. Sleeping decent! Fasting Weight in morning is dropping. Will cut sodium mid-week, carbs are dropping tomorrow. Drinking lots water. I think it will be fine ciné weigh-ins Friday morning. Happy Lifting 💪🌸

Went into gym stretched out & moved some light weights. Very close to weight! Just 2lbs. Feeling bit less stressed on that topic. Had beef burger on keto bread last couples days and eggs pro powder walnuts increased chia seeds! Cut out carbs but veggies completely today. Easily digested proteins. Eating eggs, walnuts, protein powder in water. Friday morning weigh in.

Meet day I Will take an extra dose of Anavar in morning as well as a small dose of TNE! It’s in and out fast. Will see if this gives me any agression! I don’t usually get that rage before a lift. I tried on my deadlift openers day did the xtra Var and little dose of TNE. Those lifts felt easy. Wanted to go up. But didn’t want to overdo it. Did not notice any rage so to speak. So I guess I

It’s go time!! Feeling rested been very hot this week. Sweated out some weight in Sun but didn’t get much of a tan!
Went into gym stretched out & moved some light weights. Very close to weight! Just 2lbs. Feeling bit less stressed on that topic. Had beef burger on keto bread last couples days and eggs pro powder walnuts increased chia seeds! Cut out carbs but veggies completely today. Easily digested proteins. Eating eggs, walnuts, protein powder in water. Friday morning weigh in.
Will carb load Friday. See how much I can gain without being miserable.

make sure you if you sweat out in the hot sun you make sure you hydrate good. don't want to end up with heat stroke ahead of this. @RoidRageWife you will go good on carb load

Haha! 😂 Well there are never many females I did sign up for masters 2 and open. I’ll get 2 medals. Looks like there will only be 3 flights and they’ll go in order of weights lifted. So not very many lifters, theres 60 lifter cut off. And many of these meets that are mixed tested and non tested they cut off 45/15. Always more non-tested girls! And they’re younger

Weight: 59.9kg 132.05lbs
Goal wt: 60kg (132.27lb)

Ok. So did weigh ins at 0900! Made weight by just a hair!! I had extra potassium & dandelion root also took a 40 minute hot tub at the gym yesterday. One 4 ounce strong brewed Keurig french roast coffee at 6:30am weight was 132.1lb on my scale. I spit in a bottle all the way down to venue was about 1 hour drive! Lightest I’ve been in over 22+ years. Pre daughter was bout 145lbs
Weighed in just a quarter pound or 4 ounces under! Was up weighing myself in middle of night. Didnt sleep great. So got there peed, I stripped to undies only 59.9kg/132.05lbs officially! Got equipment check, rack heights, openers all check! Such a relief now carb load! Had 10grams glutamine bout 100grams of carbs from Gatorade/dextrose creatine added salt potassium. Taking our shots
