Had another good Bench day! Did 3 barbell bench exercises again. Moderate weights, Used my elbow sleeves wrist wraps ect… just cuz the volume wear n tear going through these joints!! I gotta keep them warm and extra support! Instead of wide grip we did incline barbell bench. Close grip felt strong will prob increase wt next week. Will experiment with a closer grip on Flat Bench just cuz my triceps are quite strong. If that will help my flat bench I’ll do it. Strength should be increasing with this strategy. Do 5 reps with moderate weight on main flat bench lift, drop weight on variation benches increase the reps.
Body weight sitting at 140 would like that to come down. I’ve not been in a calorie deficit. I feel I’m more at a maintenance . Similar foods as always. Will be interesting to see what happens with my cycle in 3 weeks. How my metabolism will respond. My strength went up as body weight went down, on a cal deficit with semaglutide TRT and NPP. I know my strength will go up. Just want my body weight to just sit In a happy place not balloon. Ok back tomorrow. Happy lifting
