Been using it for a couple years. I love it. Super easy to use. You can pick stock plans which are really good or build your own or modify one of theirs. It sets up all your progressions based on your feedback. It’s not cheap but I think it’s worth every penny.

Yeah i did notice the voluptuous price tag when i had a look previously but i feel if someone has a somewhat understanding of how their body responds building plans in the app would be pretty constructive and let the app polish up the rest. Not that much money really when you think of how much we spend on everything else.

Good day today you are really loading well on supplements I love it :D but you don't need extra tudca in there with n2guard imo.

You're growing, how about we add a bit more to the meal 5 shake? lets say walnuts or almonds if you dont like walnuts need to calorie up a bit. @s.gentz

I have chicken pound in the freezer always. Sometimes I use them for daily meals sometimes not. Just depends how busy I am.
As far as the egg noodles they are no yolks so they are pre made.
For the food I’m building it in slowly. I’m shooting for a ~20week build so don’t wanna go crazy right off the bat. I will be adding more food in though. Carbs post WO will be going up as the insulin will be going in. I’m also gonna add in intra WO carbs as well.

Good plan easing into it like that. Having the chicken ready makes it simple to keep protein steady when the day gets hectic. The no yolks noodles are fine to plug in when you need something quick, no stress there. Slow build over 20 weeks is smart since you’ll give your body time to adjust without spilling over. Adding carbs post training with insulin and bringing in intra carbs will definitely help recovery and keep performance climbing. I do see big things for you and another stage run soon :D @s.gentz EVO family support!

Diet was locked, protein near 280 with clean carb sources spread well. Hitting cardio post lift is smart just to keep conditioning in check as the scale rises. Recovery looks supported with the supp stack, so just keep the frequency consistent next week and the strength trend will keep rolling.

I ate steak for 1 meal all last week. My diet will be mostly chicken thigh with a couple days a week i'll have a steak meal. Some weeks I will prep a weeks worth of steak meals and eat it daily but it messes with my digestion if I eat too much so I do what I can. Digestion will become much more important as food comes up.
As much as I love steak I gotta do what works best for me.

202 on the scale with 2600 cals and 276g protein is locked in tight, meals look balanced and simple which keeps it consistent. Training moved well too, 285 on the HS incline for triples across with BO shows strength is steady and volume on presses/pec deck hit the chest hard. Cardio finish was a nice touch to round it out. With the full stack of health supps and meds you’ve got recovery and protection covered, no wonder you felt great today. :D
