Experimented with adding pre WO insulin and carbs. Pumps were off the charts!!!
Currently taking 10iu post WO with shake and banana. Between meal 2 and intra cabs I think i'm in the sweet spot. May try bumping to 12iu and see how we go. Weight is climbing almost daily now.
