Over the last 2 months I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life. I found this forum and wanted to share my current progress, push the progress more and really see what I can do. I’ve been a gym bunny for what feels like decades now. I have had on and off experience with compounds like Clenbuterol and MT2, but that’s about it. I recently tried Retatrutide, and could not believe how effective it was, my body completely changed. So now its finally time to step on the gas a little harder.

Stats:
Height – Short
Age – None of your business ;)...30….ish….
Weight – 48.4kg (down from 56.1)

Cycle 12 weeks:
1iu HGH nightly (@StoryOfTheProphet)
2.5mg Liquid Anavar preworkout (lifting days only) (@StoryOfTheProphet )
3mg Retatrutide a week (split into 3 x 1mg shots during the week) (@RRRaus )

Supplements:
Calcium
Vitamin D
Magnesium
Ashwagandha
Oxyshred
Creatine
Collagen

The HGH is mostly for longevity, anti-aging, better skin, hair, nails and sleep. I don’t expect to make any serious or noticeable muscle gains or fat loss. Its my first time using HGH, so im excited to see how it helps.

The Anavar I strictly want to limit to lifting days. I am very concerned with Virilization, so if anything at all changes, I will discontinue this. Like the HGH, this is my first time with an AAS.

The reta is what makes dieting not feel like such a physical and mental torture session. I’ve slowly built up to this dose over time. I can live my life and make progress while reaping all the other benefits, like insulin sensitivity and the anti-inflammatory properties.

A big part of my fitness focus is the health and longevity aspect. Of course I want to burn more fat, build more muscle and get stronger, but I also want to be healthy, physically and mentally.

I don’t count calories or macros. I let my body tell me when its hungry, and I’ll eat if it does (or wont). I have a lifetime of counting calories and weighing absolutely everything I eat and drink, so I have a very good idea of whats going into my body. The reta does make it very hard to overeat, as I generally have zero food noise, I get very full very quickly when I eat, and stay full for a long time. I prioritise lean proteins, healthy fats, fruit and vegetables. My desire to eat is very muted, so its easy to eat very “clean”. Getting in nutrient dense foods in the mail goal.

Ideally I’d like to recomp, burn fat, build muscle and get stronger. This is my first time doing something like this, and im honestly a little nervous. Im not the best at taking photos lol.

Oh gosh i felt so silly taking those photos (i had to google gym girl pics and try to copy them 🤣)

To answer your question, its unfortunately a no to all those things 😬. I dont have any digestion issues and generally feel really healthy all the time. I sometimes use psyllium husk in smoothies to give it a nice thick consistency.

You don't need digestive issues to use the digestive aids, start using them daily you'll see a HUGE difference in your digestion, insulin sensitivity and even mental health.

Your front double bicep and rear double bicep is pretty damn impressive already and that's no anavar yet correct? You even have a lat spread already and separation in your tricep/bicep from the side shot. You're on a launching pad already to recomp your body.

Yes no Anavar yet. @StoryOfTheProphet was very generous in supplying this with the HGH. I'd always wanted to try HGH as i heard all the hollywood types use it to stay youthful looking. Its the compound that im most likely to decide against using. I feel like the reta does help in buidling muscle, thanks to the insulin sensitive and glucose paritioning (thats what i heard in a youtube video 🤣 )

I've got decades (hate saying that :cry:) of consistent training and healthy lifestyle. Life changes so my physique went forwards and backwards over the years, but i always stayed in shape.

I was originally scared of the idea of HGH, seems like such a pro-bodybuilder thing, but for my use case, i think its safe.

Honestly the oxyshred was a cheap find and its just a "Fat burning preworkout" drink. I am confident it does nothing for fat burning, it just tastes good and is my nice morning "me time" drink. 🤗

For sure. The girlies going hard have my respect. Like any competitive sport, there are risks. Those female UFC fighters are doing even worse "damage" to their bodies (and no chance they are natural :cautious:). I know i don't have the genetics, work ethic or desire to compete. Im happy just to stay in my own lane and cheer the others on! :D

So many bigger girls would really benefit from being a bit more open minded on peptides like Reta. They think injection and immediately freak out.
 
Just got my HGH blood results back

4.7 ug/L (14.11 mIU/L)
You're in the low-mid range BUT that was only at that time on that day. Did you want it higher? HGH testing is very dependent on timing of day when did you give your blood? Did they check your igf1 levels as well?

Yes they did, still waiting on those results. I did the test first thing in the morning, fasted.

Weird, I thought I was on the high end, the reference range on the test was 0.1 to 4.3 ug/L.

📝Week 1 - Day 1 - Weight 48.4 kg📝

I did my first injection with the reta from @RRRaus dosed at 1mg. I normally take it Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 1mg each time, for a total of 3mg. When i first started reta, i did 1mg for 4 weeks, 2mg for 4 weeks, and only just recently moved up to 3mg. I read in the clinical trails that it goess all the way up to 12mg a week 😮. I can only imagine what the appetite supression is like at that dose! Im not sure i can handle much more than this, so i think i'll stay here for now.

In Canada we’re all fucked here with our measurements. We do pmol/L. I’ll do the calculation when I’m home at my desktop. I need to knew the molecular weight of HGH it’s so annoying the units we use.

The HGH is mostly for longevity, anti-aging, better skin, hair, nails and sleep. I don’t expect to make any serious or noticeable muscle gains or fat loss. Its my first time using HGH, so im excited to see how it helps.

The Anavar I strictly want to limit to lifting days. I am very concerned with Virilization, so if anything at all changes, I will discontinue this. Like the HGH, this is my first time with an AAS.

The reta is what makes dieting not feel like such a physical and mental torture session. I’ve slowly built up to this dose over time. I can live my life and make progress while reaping all the other benefits, like insulin sensitivity and the anti-inflammatory properties.

A big part of my fitness focus is the health and longevity aspect. Of course I want to burn more fat, build more muscle and get stronger, but I also want to be healthy, physically and mentally.

I don’t count calories or macros. I let my body tell me when its hungry, and I’ll eat if it does (or wont). I have a lifetime of counting calories and weighing absolutely everything I eat and drink, so I have a very good idea of whats going into my body. The reta does make it very hard to overeat, as I generally have zero food noise, I get very full very quickly when I eat, and stay full for a long time. I prioritise lean proteins, healthy fats, fruit and vegetables. My desire to eat is very muted, so its easy to eat very “clean”. Getting in nutrient dense foods in the mail goal.

Overall Goals:
Ideally I’d like to recomp, burn fat, build muscle and get stronger. This is my first time doing something like this, and im honestly a little nervous. Im not the best at taking photos lol.

4.7 ug/L (14.11 mIU/L)
Ok I'm home and I keep doing the conversion in Canadian units and keep getting that this isn't high but also not low either - mid range. Can you post a pic of your HGH with the reference range included. I might be using the wrong measurements on your end to get pmol/L on my end. Just blur out your personal info.

I hate doing this but I googled it (blahhhh) and here's what I got, but according to your own lab's reference range you are high for sure. Maybe they have an age breakdown template they go by?

And then in mIU/L at 14.11 I get this (see bold font below):

It appears the reference range in your own lab correlates to the proper mIU/L range converted down to ug/L meaning the reference range in your lab DOES correlate in ug/L to the proper mIU/L range and the "googled" range above of 1-14 ug/L is showing much higher normal range and is way off.

So, yes, you ARE just above the higest end of the range.

A serum growth hormone (GH) level of 14.1 mIU/L in an adult female is generally considered to be within or slightly above the upper limit of the normal range
  • In some reference ranges, 14.1 mIU/L (or 14.1 ng/mL) falls within the broad normal range, which can be 1 to 14 ng/mL (or mIU/L).

I imagine different countries have different ranges that they consider “normal”.

@Sheshredz yeah we talked about the studies on the reta podcast. 12mg is really reserved for those who are obese and in a controlled environment. completely not necessary for what you are trying to do. i would say 3.5mgs would be a max dose per week
 
Yeah - I met a guy on 12mg and he was super obese. Even 3mg I would imagine is a pretty decent dose for someone as light as you no?

The reta makes it super easy. It’s been the biggest game changer for me 💪
A better way to figure out if your converting the HGH once you inject is to take IGF blood levels. Should be above 300 if your body is using it well. I think 350 and above is ideal.
The test I took tested for both hgh and ifg1 levels. I’m just waiting on the ifg1 level results.

2. The maximum effective dose
(For me personally)

At 1mg, I could probably lean bulk and not go overboard on eating.

At 3mg, I would be cutting down.

Keep in mind that these drugs have long half lives. So playing around with dosages is good, but at the same time it takes time for the dosages to really kick in. @Sheshredz

You have to respect the reta. I've had days that have felt like i have a flu because of the aggressive nausea.

I've never been a big fan of women doing all this stuff, but you are earning a lot of respect. @Sheshredz Seems like you have a good diet going. I like the sweet potato and chicken.

📝Week 1 - Day 1 - Weight 48.4 kg📝

I did my first injection with the reta from @RRRaus dosed at 1mg. I normally take it Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 1mg each time, for a total of 3mg. When i first started reta, i did 1mg for 4 weeks, 2mg for 4 weeks, and only just recently moved up to 3mg. I read in the clinical trails that it goess all the way up to 12mg a week 😮. I can only imagine what the appetite supression is like at that dose! Im not sure i can handle much more than this, so i think i'll stay here for now.

I JUST did my first HGH shot from @StoryOfTheProphet , im really hoping I get this AMAZING sleep everyone raves about. :sleep:

@Sheshredz might feel a little tired in the afternoon after a meal. That is pretty normal. You can always stretch it out a little bit and do some fasting in the morning, and then eat your meal after your workout instead.
 
The reta makes it super easy. It’s been the biggest game changer for me 💪

The test I took tested for both hgh and ifg1 levels. I’m just waiting on the ifg1 level results.

I get the nausea sporadically. I sometimes drop the dose down for a week when i feel like its built up too much.

You have to respect the reta. I've had days that have felt like i have a flu because of the aggressive nausea.
I have found that over eating and high fat foods bring it on
 
A better way to figure out if your converting the HGH once you inject is to take IGF blood levels. Should be above 300 if your body is using it well. I think 350 and above is ideal.
Yes agreed we're waiting on her IGF1 I had asked her about it and it wasn't reported back yet.

I didn't get the legendary HGH sleep that everyone raves about, but i was very lethargic all day. I had noticable dry mouth. I don't know if either of those were HGH or reta. I did get woken up pretty early, so might have just been the early start.😢

I guess I'm the annoying one here picking apart your log a bit LOL. First your IGF1 and now I'm gonna ask if you wanna maybe download an app to add your food in so we can see your macros (protein vs. carbs vs. fat). It's not a make-work project we might be able to accelerate your progress by adjusting the macros a bit.

I will sometimes take a week off, or lower it down to 1mg for a week. I feel it helps my body adjust to it better. When i used to do Clen, i would do the same.

In regards to the comment around calorie and macro tracking, i do 100% agree that it would be a good idea. I did calorie counting and macro counting for years, and it gave me a really bad relationship with food. 😥.

I since moved towards a more "intiative" eating pattern. I feel thats its better mentally and i've made much better progress.

It will make an effort to track a food day so i have at least a couple of days with the numbers 💪

I had two functions during the day, and even though both functions had food, i was completely uninterest in any of it. The Reta really does help with the mental aspect of food. Events and functions can quickly become so food focused, and its easy to absent mindedly eat a million calories.

Sleep boost might be from the HGH, and likely is but your whole lifestyle is more positive now so I think you'll get better rest and less anxiety in general.

This sounds fine to me, you do you girl. But yes maybe tracking it for a week for us will give us a microcosm sneak peek into whether we need to up your protein or you're taking in too many carbs to cut etc

We really do care here especially when someone else cares with us and wants to improve. All of us hard cores on here are addicted to the feeling of helping others and to spewing knowledge and gaining more as we go and it's all yours for the taking here.

I love challenges like this! Here's what I do... I remind myself I'm 49 years old (almost 50) and I think about what I feel like, look like, and my strength then I watch as the fatass businessmen fill their faces with carbs and fats (all processed and highly trans fat) and I specifically enjoy not taking one bit of anything as I watch them feed their male estrogen bodies and grabass with the other Homer Simpson execs like they're important and think they're squared away (if you read my log you'll know why I'm like this - ex military ex cop and SWAT/Operator for police and Canadian military). They probably have no home defence except a welcome mat at their door and a Lexus in the driveway. So when those buffets get put out to me it's like watching the Walking Dead of society dive in and feed on The Industrial Food Complex.

Mayyybe not girl, Anavar's half is only 9 hours so if you took it a few hours before your workout you could have had some androgenic signaling going on and it might have amped you up without it being a placebo.

Note to self: don't use liquid anavar (see page 10 of my log :ROFLMAO:). I used to crush up to 60oz of vodka ED to self medicate my Operator Syndrome (O/S means you're a walking time bomb who misses storming in and wreaking havoc but have to play nice in society and it is impossible to do without being sober, years of therapy, and the right medication).

HGH I sleep pretty good. My recovery def better. But I usually take Gh am. Utilize them calories well. Keep trying it at bedtime give some time body might just be delayed response. or your dose is just too small. Might respond to sleep cycle with higher dose? Just a thought. 💪🌸

Sleep boost might be from the HGH, and likely is but your whole lifestyle is more positive now so I think you'll get better rest and less anxiety in general.
The lifestyle change has definitely been the big game changer. 💪

This sounds fine to me, you do you girl. But yes maybe tracking it for a week for us will give us a microcosm sneak peek into whether we need to up your protein or you're taking in too many carbs to cut etc

We really do care here especially when someone else cares with us and wants to improve. All of us hard cores on here are addicted to the feeling of helping others and to spewing knowledge and gaining more as we go and it's all yours for the taking here.

I love challenges like this! Here's what I do... I remind myself I'm 49 years old (almost 50) and I think about what I feel like, look like, and my strength then I watch as the fatass businessmen fill their faces with carbs and fats (all processed and highly trans fat) and I specifically enjoy not taking one bit of anything as I watch them feed their male estrogen bodies and grabass with the other Homer Simpson execs like they're important and think they're squared away (if you read my log you'll know why I'm like this - ex military ex cop and SWAT/Operator for police and Canadian military). They probably have no home defence except a welcome mat at their door and a Lexus in the driveway. So when those buffets get put out to me it's like watching the Walking Dead of society dive in and feed on The Industrial Food Complex.

Mayyybe not girl, Anavar's half is only 9 hours so if you took it a few hours before your workout you could have had some androgenic signaling going on and it might have amped you up without it being a placebo.

Note to self: don't use liquid anavar (see page 10 of my log :ROFLMAO:). I used to crush up to 60oz of vodka ED to self medicate my Operator Syndrome (O/S means you're a walking time bomb who misses storming in and wreaking havoc but have to play nice in society and it is impossible to do without being sober, years of therapy, and the right medication).

I think i slept better last night, its hard to tell. Maybe i got my hopes up thinking i'd be knocked out :sleep:.

Oh gosh, i get cranky when I try to fast :ROFLMAO:. I'm the stereotypical women who gets "Hangry". :mad:

I will sometimes take a week off, or lower it down to 1mg for a week. I feel it helps my body adjust to it better. When i used to do Clen, i would do the same.

Pretty hard to overeat to the moment :LOL:. I find its somewhat random for me. Might be because of my tiny frame.

Im hoping that ill get the results tommorrow morning.

In regards to the comment around calorie and macro tracking, i do 100% agree that it would be a good idea. I did calorie counting and macro counting for years, and it gave me a really bad relationship with food. 😥.

I since moved towards a more "intiative" eating pattern. I feel thats its better mentally and i've made much better progress.

It will make an effort to track a food day so i have at least a couple of days with the numbers 💪

I definately feel the love and support :love:. I obviously join for the advice, feedback and criticism. I need to know when to pivot, make changes and adjust, and i wont be able to do that, if i dont listen to the EVO crew.
