Requesting advice for tren cycle

Just wanted to ask what do u stack tren with and what are ur doses. Also what would u reccomend to get for liver support and everything else when running tren?
(I already did a test e cycle 500mg/week with 0 side effects and now I wanted it to risk it a bit on my next cycle. I heard tren in not used for bulking but I wanted to hear ur opinions first)
 
Alot of what I have been hearing is Tren is actually quite effective at doses as low as 10mg daily, why not start low with a healthy dose of test and titrate up?

Also why straight to tren? there is plenty of other options to see how you go on another compound
Yeah I can imagine its just like test e at 150mg its has effects but not as noticeable as 500mg.
As for why straight to tren it’s just to see if I can handle it(similar to how sometimes i put a 10kg plate on the bench instead of 5kg which I know to be a safer option ahahhahh). Though I think I will start low
 
Food for bulking.

Test base, and 50mg tren per week actually was a really noticable boost.

If you're adding new compounds only add them 1 at time so you know how you respond

If this is only your second cycle you have no business using tren. You don't have enough experience.
I would go 300/wk test and 150/wk deca. Eat and train to grow.

Yeah ur right, the alternative was test + dbol. But I was hesitant on wheter to take that or deca
 
Yeah ur right, I’m a bit crazy so until I an heart attack or end up in the hospital I am likely to go on. But I hope for me I will follow this advice

I wouldnt say NEED, but youll get the most liver protection from doing so, if I had to choose one itd be tudca though, I do agree with @s.gentz however - why not try some
Thats likely what I will do this tren may be just for curiosity and to prepare for a later ccyle but I never know my thoughts in three months after I have finished my cruise

I have yet to run tren, or many of the orals, I would personally like to squeeze whatever I can out of the compounds that dont harm me half as much, surely you want to run many happy cycles rather than one or two that end in tears?

Well ur gonna beat me up ahahah I’m 20. I already know that I shouldn’t even think about doing this ahhaha.
My diet has been good so far I’m 78kg and when i started my test e I was 72kg(started at the end of august). Training in the gym not for long but in general ive been training for calsitenics and those stuff for 3 years

20 isnt the issue, your mindset is I think

You have 0 business using any drugs. Your body/brain are not fully developed. Messing with your hormones is a terrible idea. Using tren at your age is even worse. It carries mental sides that will mess up your development.

Stay away from 19-nors like tren, deca.

They give the most suppression, so higher chances of permanently fucking ya life.

You've already done 500mgs of test cycle but im guessing you probably never even got bloods drawn?
yeah I did blood work but only of Total Test and free test. The parameters were "normal", at least considering the 500mg/week of test. I never did the complete lood test only because I didnt have enough money. I will though if I take heavier things such as tren

You've been here some time @Oswold I checked your post.
Tren is normally stacked with a base of test in the 200-300mg range but you are jumping way too fast so before anyone can give you a clean plan you need to start a proper log because we know nothing about your food training or bloods and tren only works when all that is dialed in. 15min to start one.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

With trenbolone even 50 mg up or down makes a big difference.

Bros Trenbolone one of the best for bulking. Whoever told you it not good for bulking is an idiot.

Hands down N2guard is going to be your best option. Trenbolone really hits the hell out of all your organs.

Tren has a time and place brother and it's not outside of a competition peak, and even then not for all.


Best bulking practice is one that's sustainable. The philosophy is that the longer you stay healthier, the longer you can stay on, which is where the gains are found. It's why a combination of well-tolerated compounds (for your individual response) + a comprehensive health protocol is the way to go.


If this is only your first cycle brother I'd recommend you to have a look at the following PED structure:

Test
Well tolerated DHT (Primo or Mast), or EQ
GH

Run this for as long as your bloodwork and echo's look good. Look after your health and hydration.

You'll get so much more out of running something like this for a lot longer period than blasting 19-nors for a shorter period.

Health + training + nutrition + pharma. It's all gotta work together. Might be worth spending your money on a coach brother!

trenbolone should be flexible. that is why tren ace is wise. you can start and stop it

when it comes to tren. it can be rough with sides. the more stuff you stack with it the worse the sides so i would go more mild on test, maybe add some light tbol or var
 
N2guard is perfect for liver support and all organ support
