Cycle is going to be a short blast/body recomp phase using the following for 3-6 weeks or depending how long he wants me to log for.

Cycle will be:
300mg Test Prop weekly
300mg NPP weekly
30mg TBOL daily
5iu HGH daily

Training split and log will be starting Monday following a 5 day split with the main focus growing my arms in proportion to the rest of my body

.5mg caber weekly as Im generally estro/prolactin sensitive.

@vanlife_gymbum I only said aslong as he wants me to log for as hes supplying the blast. Im happy to push it for awhile, ultimately its up to him how much product he wants to put into this and how long he needs loggers for his vendor status bro.

The caber is pharmaceutical, I always keep AIs ect.. handy just incase.

Nobody wants to get caught out and grow set of tits afterall 🤣

I like how you keep the cycle simple. You're showing that you don't need to run a ton of gear. You're running 600 mg a week of injectables and that is it. That really isn't much with an oral and some growth hormone. @AusMade

Yep. There was one time where you could not even get aromasin. So I went like 6 weeks without using it and it was not a fun experience. @AusMade

Yeah exactly that bro. I'm not sure if it's my part of the world but I've never seen it anywhere not even once. Anything that's not Arimidex or Nolvadex is not common. There's one place with Raloxifene but I don't know much about that.

It's like everyone talks about it, says it's the best and you need it, but doesn't have it. I only just started looking for stuff like caber tho, was surprised to find some things are over the counter here too. Some of the problem is a lack of knowledge on my end too.

Your log is not tied to that is what I'm saying. It's your lifting and gear journal and doesn't go away if you stop taking gear from a certain place.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, I do have one sheet of it with six left someone gave me, and that's clearly prescription meds so I just assumed you'd need a script.

I have been looking at underground sources that sell ancillaries but maybe I should just walk into a pharmacy and ask for it? What type of place do you get it from?

well that would be rx only in the usa. so you wouldn't be able to ask for it here. i don't know laws in your countries. maybe ask your doctor or pharmacist about exemestate. or look up other names for aromasin

Certain Indian online pharmacy's are a great source for AIs, serms, ect..

I did 1ml of both Test Prop & NPP after getting up, no pip and went in smooth. Also had 3iu HGH & 40mg TBOL 40 minutes pre workout and will be pinning EOD for this cycle, with the same preworkout ritual.

Today's session was ARMS

Barbell Preacher curls 3 x 10
Incline DB curls 3 x 10
Cable drag curls 3 x 12
Preacher Single DB hammers curls 3 x 12
Tricep pushdown 3 x 10
Barbell skullcrushers 3 x 10
Rope overhead extensions 3 x 12
Single tricep pushdowns cross body 3 x 12

Arm pump was good and I felt like I could of kept going.

Keen to see how I feel tomorrow once the prop/npp kicks in.

Post workout nutrition is 3 scoops of WPI protein and 2 banana's

Next meal in 3 hours is 220g beef mince with 200g rice & 100g steamed veg.

Ill be updating my log every day or 2 days.

Lets see if I can hit 105kg by Christmas 💪

Day 2 of my cycle logging for @StoryOfTheProphet with Pheonix oils/HGH

Fasted weight 101.1kg

Instead of doing AM/PM pins for the HGH I decided to do the full 6iu before bed last night along with zinc & magnesium tablets. Actually had a good sleep for once 👌

Today was LEGS following my new program and am very happy how the first session felt 💪

Pre workout:
40mg TBOL, 2 scoops pre workout, 1 scoop creatine, 10mg cialis, mens multivitamin & fish oil

Warm up sets not included and I always train with a slow tempo and constant tension.

Laying leg curls
24kg x 12, 31kg x 12, 38kg x 10

Leg extensions
60kg x 10, 70kg x 10, 80kg x 10

Bulgarian split squats
20kg x 6 x 3

Leg press
120kg x 15, 160kg x 15, 200kg x 15
Superset into walking lunges 10, 10, 20

Glute kickback machine
31kg x 12, 38kg x 12, 45kg x 12

Single leg hip thrusts
5 x 3

Post workout 3 scoops of WPI

Next meal 2 hours later was protein oats with fruit

Just warming up sofar and taking it slow to start with. Plenty more intensity to come

Fasted weight 101.1kg

Instead of doing AM/PM pins for the HGH I decided to do the full 6iu before bed last night along with zinc & magnesium tablets. Actually had a good sleep for once 👌

Today was LEGS following my new program and am very happy how the first session felt 💪

Pre workout:
40mg TBOL, 2 scoops pre workout, 1 scoop creatine, 10mg cialis, mens multivitamin & fish oil

Warm up sets not included and I always train with a slow tempo and constant tension.

Laying leg curls
24kg x 12, 31kg x 12, 38kg x 10

Leg extensions
60kg x 10, 70kg x 10, 80kg x 10

Bulgarian split squats
20kg x 6 x 3

Leg press
120kg x 15, 160kg x 15, 200kg x 15
Superset into walking lunges 10, 10, 20

Glute kickback machine
31kg x 12, 38kg x 12, 45kg x 12

Single leg hip thrusts
5 x 3

Post workout 3 scoops of WPI

Next meal 2 hours later was protein oats with fruit

Just warming up sofar and taking it slow to start with. Plenty more intensity to come

I think I ate some raw chicken yesterday as I was up all night on the toilet every hour. Feeling pretty flat to be honest and still shitting this morning 💩

Pump was still good considering and strength is there.

No real swelling from the npp yet, hoping it starts to kick in more next few days.

Will be sticking to water/protein shakes today since my guts aren't right. Hopefully it better by tomorrow as I dont want to keep taking TBOL on an already aggravated stomach.

Think I might need to drop it 😭 could possibly replace it with a injectable oral 🤷‍♂️

Im putting my current gut issue ( blood aside ) down to chicken the mrs cooked last night. I think I juat have food poisoning, im fine, juat empting my insides every hour or two which is not ideal while training or working.

I did 1ml of both Test Prop & NPP after getting up, no pip and went in smooth. Also had 3iu HGH & 40mg TBOL 40 minutes pre workout and will be pinning EOD for this cycle, with the same preworkout ritual.

Arm pump was good and I felt like I could of kept going.

Keen to see how I feel tomorrow once the prop/npp kicks in.

Post workout nutrition is 3 scoops of WPI protein and 2 banana's

Next meal in 3 hours is 220g beef mince with 200g rice & 100g steamed veg.

Ill be updating my log every day or 2 days.

Lets see if I can hit 105kg by Christmas 💪

Those easy eats meals taste allright but some have pretty high carbs just gotta check the macros. My fave is the beef strog

what about oral BPC for your gut?

I already use BPC subQ in my belly which I think definitely helped heal me up untill the orals this week.

Ill be continuing now and hopefully it helps.

I generally run TB/BPC most the year as my bodys wrecked and it helps me be not so broken 🤣

Not keeping much food down and feeling very dehydrated aswell, I do feel like its slowly going away tho so hopefully by tomorrow im back to normal and can get some calories in me/back on track.

That sucks about your stomach bro. 15 more days to 105kg though you can replenish that water and glycogen and get back to 102kg pretty fast and keep shooting for it. NPP good choice for some fast acting action! (I know that all sounded like AI but I mean it :ROFLMAO:)

Have upped my HGH to 8iu daily, doing 4iu pre training and 4iu before bed

Waiting for my blood results to come back, should hopefully be tomorrow/Wednesday at the latest.
 
Bloods taken after being on Test Prop/NPP for the first week.

Total dosage for the week was
500mg Test P
500mg NPP

Normally on trt of 200mg Test E per week i sit at 40nmol, so im only just above that on half a gram a week of prop.

Was expecting it to be higher especially considering deca usually shows as a false test reading.

Open to hear others thoughts on these numbers.

Will be testing hgh soon as a seperate test

Ive got long term health issues brother. Im good for while, but i have an auto immune disease and afew times each year it attacks me and I go downhill
have you tried fasting? I'm serious @AusMade

I have done a 36 hour water fast before, I do enjoy fasting and know its good for us.

I think ill start doing a short fast 8pm-8am everyday with fasted morning cardio aswell.

My HDL/LDL is out so i definitely need to make afew changes
Fasting can help a lot, you try 36 hours before? :D
 
Ive done 24 hours twice and 36 hours once.

Felt great after the 15 hour mark and your past that mental barrier.

Heard it has heaps of health benefits as the body cleans out old/dead cells.

You done it before?
Try going for 36 hours this time you'll feel good :D @AusMade I suggest all my clients do a few fasts per year and yes I love them too.
