First and foremost I wanna give a big thanks to the team over at @Core Pharma, @Core Pharma Rep for looking after me so well. Their stuff is phenomenal, and their service is second to none.

Kicking off my prep this season on the tail end of my health phase, sick as a dog, and down 3kg. Plan was originally to draw bloods this week and start the prep cycle alongside the nutrition, but the sickness would have cooked my bloods, so the cycle can wait.

Body dysmorphia kicking in hard today uploading these check in photos but the good has to come with the bad. It isn't always pretty and feel-good.

Nonetheless, I'm fired the fuck up. This off-season was a wild success and I'm excited to be pushing my amateur weight cap to its absolute limit. This will be the first prep I put myself through where my routine and schedule allows me to spend as little or as much time required on the things that are so easy to forget/ get complacent with:

- Posing
- Rehab/ physio
- Recovery
- Tanning

Body weight: 107.3kg
Calves: 41.5cm
Quads: 71cm
Glutes: 107.5cm
Waist: 87cm
Chest: 129cm
Arms: 48cm

Nutrition:

Meal One (breakfast) @ 7:00am:
- 80g granola
- 100g light greek yogurt
- 15g honey
- 50g avocado
- 100g mixed berries
- 40g Whey Protein Isolate

Meals Two and Three (lunch) @ 11:00am and 4:00pm:
- 275g basa
- 200g spud lite
- 100g asparagus
- 100g Pineapple
- 100g Beetroot
- 50g carrots
- 50g pickles
- 10g walnuts

Meal five (dinner) @ 7:30pm
- 230g Turkey Mince
- 200g spud lite (raw weight)
- 100g asparagus
- 50g carrots
- 100g asparagus
- 10g mac nuts

Pre Workout:
- 75g Jasmine rice (raw)
- 100g banana

Intra:
- 75g carbs from carb powder

Good boy snacks:
- 3x LCM bar

Training Split:

Mon: Chest, shoulders
Tue: Arms, Calves,
Wed: Back and abs
Thur: Rest
Fri: Upper body
Sat: Legs (starting with calves)

Supplementation:
- Berberine
- COQ10
- Curcuminm
- Vitamin K2 + D3
- Red yeast rice
- Zinc

- Sustanon: 200mg/ week

the body dysmorphia we all have it, thats why we are all on steroids :P but thats not a bad thing its a good thing it drives us to be the best to make our selves #1
but the dysmorphia makes it hard for us to be objective on our bodies thats why we need coaches and EVO family support :D

Classic if we can make the weight cap brother! We're around 24 weeks out today 🤝 this year I was only 1kg under the weight cap with another kg or two of fat to go but have put on 4 or 5kg muscle in the off-season so she'll be TIGHT

Classic if we can make the weight cap brother! We're around 24 weeks out today 🤝 this year I was only 1kg under the weight cap with another kg or two of fat to go but have put on 4 or 5kg muscle in the off-season so she'll be TIGHT

Second week of prep wrapped up with another bout of sickness. Just on the mend now so physique is still looking a bit sad and lifeless. Had to do a top up of some health supps which always hurts the bank but with that and the remainder of @Helios Labs fat loss ancillaries arriving (Clen, SS31, MotC) I've now everything I need.

Between a change in lifestyle and sickness passing around the house the past couple of weeks I haven't been as laser focused on my body building as I would typically be (just ticking the boxes), now that we're all on the mend I'm excited to really shift my focus to where it needs to be.

BW took a bit more of a hit than I needed this week so I've been given a 500 cal re-feed to enjoy tomorrow. I'll likely just swap the spuds with each meal for rice for the day.

Second week of prep wrapped up with another bout of sickness. Just on the mend now so physique is still looking a bit sad and lifeless. Had to do a top up of some health supps which always hurts the bank but with that and the remainder of @Helios Labs fat loss ancillaries arriving (Clen, SS31, MotC) I've now everything I need.

Between a change in lifestyle and sickness passing around the house the past couple of weeks I haven't been as laser focused on my body building as I would typically be (just ticking the boxes), now that we're all on the mend I'm excited to really shift my focus to where it needs to be.

Hey brother! I'd planned to do 5mg/ but actually only ended up doing 1mg/ day, and can pretty confidently say that alongside all of the other peppies this is the easiest I've ever shred fat. It's melting off. Definitely worth the dosh if you've got it for the full stack.

Third week of prep and the Chrissy period wrapped up. Health is back to 100% and my composition, fullness, skin texture, training intensity and rest/ recovery all reflect it. I've posted a two weeks before and after below (during sickness: left, this week: right).

Feeling good about my physique again, and the psychology trickles over into other areas of my life as well. If you've been doing this for a while, you know.

Fat loss/ mitochondrial support peppies from @HeliosLabs have been a game-change so far. The rate at which my body is recompositing, the additional energy I have throughout the day and my endurance in the gym are all noticeably improved over times where I had run a similar protocol, without the mito peppies.

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the time with friends and family.

This Chrissy for me was the best I've had in years. It was well-paced, full of good energy and love, my social battery was full, the girls had a ball, AND I got my lunch time dad-nap.

It's the first year I've been in a financial position to be able to spoil my friends and family and not stress about it and for that I'm grateful.

Moving into the end of 2025 and the new year now I'm ready to get back into routine to be able to give the camp more value, to give more to the UGL community, and pour more time and energy into my bodybuilding journey.

The rate at which my body is recompositing, the additional energy I have throughout the day and my endurance in the gym are all noticeably improved over times where I had run a similar protocol, without the mito peppies.

I do get some bruising the day or two following an administration, but it's not too terrible. I think the people that will complain about it are just sooks when it comes to pinning lol (mind you I do get terrible anxiety around it, which sucks when I pin 7 - 8 times/ day).

To be honest bro they are AWESOME additions when it comes to nailing micronutrients, gut health, and other areas but the problem for most people I think is the prep time hahahaha

This Chrissy for me was the best I've had in years. It was well-paced, full of good energy and love, my social battery was full, the girls had a ball, AND I got my lunch time dad-nap.

It's the first year I've been in a financial position to be able to spoil my friends and family and not stress about it and for that I'm grateful.
