Amazing consistency and you're always after it brother! Mad respect. And honestly, I was nervous for you watching that squat video I see the mini-shake starting on that 4th rep that's when you're really going into how tough you are mentally and it's less about your physical strength and more the mental mindset of "can I get through this" and you decide "yes I will". This is how I first deadlifted 405lbs and it was such a huge mental victory for me I'll never forget it. I was in that place where I had to just "decide" I was going to lift it and not give up. Once I did that I was doing reps with 405 a month later.

Love your drive brother it's inspiring, keep it up for all EVO brothers watching and most of all for YOU!

Holy shit that's a serious bench bro. Benching with a bar bend is pretty hardcore.

So that means you 1RM is over 200kg... OhDamn

Yeah bar was definitely bending a bit haha. I hit 210kg last week and honestly felt like I had 215 there. Going to have a crack at 220kg next week and see how it moves.

180kg huge squat :D amazing @Ohdamn

Big appreciation post to @Anabolic Advancements 🙏
A message from my sponsor honestly lit a fire under me. Huge motivation boost heading into this lift.

220kg bench attempt today.
Not the freshest. smashed lower body hard yesterday, and yeah, a rest day probably would’ve helped. but I’m still happy with the attempt considering where I’m at just before the strength peak. Took my shot, learned from it, and moving forward with confidence.
Plan from here is simple and smart:
➡️ Deload next week
➡️ Then roll straight into the strength peak

I’m genuinely excited to have the opportunity to be sponsored by @Unitedau especially running an injury prevention. focused stack, which is massive for longevity.

The stack will consist of
MOTS-c – 40 mg
NAD+ – 1,000 mg
5-Amino-1MQ – 10 mg
KLOW – 80 mg
Growth Hormone – 100IU

Grateful for the support, locked in on recovery, and focused on peaking strong.

Thanks for the shoutout @Ohdamn , much appreciated. You’re clearly in good hands with @Anabolic Advancements and based on your log and the numbers you’re putting up it’s evident the work is paying off.

I believe that alongside our peptide stack this will take your training performance and recovery to the next level. I’ll be following this log closely and look forward to the introduction of our peptides. Your package should be with you within the next couple of days. 👍🏻

Keep on smashing it.👊🏻

You're right, sticking to the plan this week sets up next week's PRs.

Smooth reps feel unreal right now. Cycle + consistency paying dividends. Thanks for the hype bro!

Congrats on the sponsorship!

thanks brother, sponsorship locked in feels unreal.

Killer touchdown! Nice stack man

Appreciate it bro 💯

another big boy with bricks for ab's!

Thank you bro. trying to keep them 😊 hopefully look better next cut.

How’s your blood pressure during this cycle? You monitor it ?

it’s pretty solid when I get it checked. Most of the time it sits in the normal range, though it can run slightly elevated on occasion.

My partner’s a nurse, so she comes along to GP appointments and makes sure they check everything properly. BP, bloods, the lot 😅

I’ve also got it getting checked again on Monday when I go in for my non-urgent blood test results.

Maybe that recovery stack is doing it’s thing.😉

Keen to see how it goes once you put yourself under more load.

Spot on bro, recovery stack is working it's magic 😏

Also the slight elbow pain I had before is completely gone since starting these peptides. My partner even helps me really stretch through my full range of motion, and everything moves smoothly and pain free. didn’t have to slow her down or stop at all. Plus the energy i have been experiencing.

Can’t wait to start loading heavier 💪

Took it easy the day before. headed to the pool with my daughter for some quality time.

Relaxed, floated around, got in some solid stretches and mobility work.

Felt fresh coming into this peaking block no lingering fatigue, recovery dialed.

Main lift: Competition Bench
1 rep × 220kg (felt smooth, could have squeezed out another rep easy. confident there)
5 sets × 2 reps @ 200kg (all clean, controlled, hitting the target RPE range)

Accessory work stayed as programmed (3-4 RIR on rows, laterals, pushdowns, curls no changes needed).

Feeling strong on bench right now 100% confident the recovery stack from @Unitedau is doing its job.

Bench has serious upside; I could see pushing toward 230-240kg this peak if I wanted. But the real focus is squats. they've got the most room to grow, so prioritizing technique, volume, and progressive overload there.
