I literally have to go to work joys of running a smallish business since there's about 10 other people who cannot work without me turning up. Then I head home nap for an hour. Get up help wash the baby. Dinner etc then back to bed. This has been the cycle all week.
Anyway I can feel myself getting past this now ill see if I have energy today to do a light leg session.
@Coolguy if you're sick like that, it's best to take a break from the gym. Make sure you're getting a lot of electrolytes. I would get in some bone broth. I think that will help.OK update time.

Pallof presses are just part of my warm up i always keep the weight light for my warm ups. Especially early in the morning.Huge fan of pallof press. I do long holds 35 seconds per side with about 20kg right now.
