Sleep - full deep sleep is back, 3+ hours of deep sleep on an average of 8+ hrs total sleep ,thank christ, low e2 ruined it so I’m happy to have good sleep back

Overall
Life and training are great, family are going well , we are all busy but still getting it done 💪💪

Gym 5 times per week 1-1.5 hrs ,cardio everyday 40+minutes ,so a fair bit of time brother, I’m lucky I’ve set up a real good home gym and I’ve also got access to a commercial gym that my mate owns 👊

A big difference for me is having access to my mates commercial gym to train body parts like chest and back with a good variety of machines, my rear delts are programmed on back day
 
It’s good but still could be better , I want it in the low 4’s, that’s the aim
