Deca - Easy pin in left delt. If these oils were not so great I would never be able to continually do this.

I am a few days into my GH and joints once again are responding positively. Sleep improvement is largely non existent at 2.5iu so I will push to 3iu tonight and see if that does anything.

Daily thoughts
Will admit diet has been a bit loose so far this week. Nothing huge but I have really craved a bit of sweet stuff the last few days. Strangely I have lost body fat and weight. I will never understand nutrition 🙄.
Highest cals so far today.
Nothing much else to log today, pretty consistent, straightforward training day.

Nice update bro. Do you take your GH in the evening fasted? Like a few hours after your last meal? I'm not sure about the GH but I know with the peptides most people recommend taking it that way.

Daily thoughts
After yesterday's revelation that I was taking way more Eq than I thought, I have reconsidered my approach of leaving it as is and have decided I am dropping it back 60mg or .2ml per 3 days. Do not want to crash my e2 and this seems to be a prudent start. So now it will be 240mg every 3 days. Or 560mg per week.
This will be the dose for the 9 weeks now.
Finally, no more re-jigging my Peds for a period of time. I think I have played enough with them this cycle.

BP is back on track after a bit of an off week. Always a concern when it drifts on me so much happier to have it back in sync again.

Shoulder was much better today. Some discomfort but easily managed. Lifts felt really good.
I have made a couple of adjustments to manage my Shoulders over the next few weeks and beyond. Rotor cuff warm-ups prior to Chest, shoulder and arm days are now in place and worked really well today.
Shoulder day will be high rep (20s) and concentrating on rehabilitation first and foremost. I might be backtracking slightly on this day now but in the end it will be worth it and it doesn't weaken my main lifts by doing this. If anything it makes them stronger.

Sorry to hear about the shoulder niggle. Hope it improves! My husband is a big bench presser, and always had issues with his shoulder and elbow when barbell bench pressing. He does more DB bench pressing now and says the issue has resolved itself. I think the bar path of the dumbbells being less fixed helps take some tension off the rotator cuff and elbows.

Thanks Sister🩵. It is feeling better since I started the GH but Friday's narrow press will give me more if an idea on that front. Thanks for the advice and idea. I will add the use of DBs in a few weeks during my health phase when I do higher reps. That is an awesome, thanks you genius you 🩵

No that is David Boreanaz giving me smouldering looks in his Angel get up. 🤣🤣
The bands really are really good at present and don't overload the joint. I have a whole set so I will keep doing these for months till it feels pain free again. The yellow band is the easiest and burned like a MF in the last few reps.
Cycle is fabulous and won't change,at all now for the 9 weeks. The GH starts at 2.5iu now and if it goes up won't be above 3iu this cycle.

Mixed up my David's haha. How did Angel end up in your gym instead of Buffy? Buffy seems more appropriate considering her name and how hot she was

EQ - Smooth as it always is. Back to 300ml per pin and really feel the tightening occur each time. Love this stuff.

HGH - Moved up to 3iu last night. I am feeling this a little more in the extremities and my joints have eased quickly. Sleep is slightly improved as I slept in 30 min which never, ever happens.

Overall - Love how this cycle is sitting now. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent compounds and work so well together. HGH has slightly aided recovery and their is slight relief in my joints.

Daily thoughts
Great day in the gym today. Haven't played above 160kg for several years and doing a box squat of 170kg with relative ease was a massive confidence boost for me. Knees felt great and so did the lower back the more I lifted. The lower volume in this session was a good call as I felt tired but not destroyed at the end.
Been a great Training week so far. Hopefully tomorrow I will see improvement in my shoulder when I do narrow press which would cap it off nicely.

Great day in the gym today. Haven't played above 160kg for several years and doing a box squat of 170kg with relative ease was a massive confidence boost for me. Knees felt great and so did the lower back the more I lifted. The lower volume in this session was a good call as I felt tired but not destroyed at the end.
Been a great Training week so far. Hopefully tomorrow I will see improvement in my shoulder when I do narrow press which would cap it off nicely.

EQ - Smooth as it always is. Back to 300ml per pin and really feel the tightening occur each time. Love this stuff.

HGH - Moved up to 3iu last night. I am feeling this a little more in the extremities and my joints have eased quickly. Sleep is slightly improved as I slept in 30 min which never, ever happens.

Overall - Love how this cycle is sitting now. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent compounds and work so well together. HGH has slightly aided recovery and their is slight relief in my joints.

Daily thoughts
Great day in the gym today. Haven't played above 160kg for several years and doing a box squat of 170kg with relative ease was a massive confidence boost for me. Knees felt great and so did the lower back the more I lifted. The lower volume in this session was a good call as I felt tired but not destroyed at the end.
Been a great Training week so far. Hopefully tomorrow I will see improvement in my shoulder when I do narrow press which would cap it off nicely.

I'm discovering that the combo of Test, EQ and NPP is awesome too! So far no problems with mental sides with 200mg NPP per week.

Good to hear that the sleep was a bit better.

Nice workout there. Huge effort with the squats! 170kg is impressive! Deficit deadlifts scare me though (coming from someone with poor flexibility)! :ROFLMAO:

Was a bit better again last night, so it's one of those slow burn things.
Really happy with the squats as they are my weakest lift of the 3 by quite a margin.
I find I need to increase the weight slowly due to my lack of flexibility in my lower back. It is another really necessary posterior chain movement I need though. 🩵

It's not a bad lift but I think just to get proper posture, it would be good to keep it as straight as possible.

Only thing I’d say, might be worth bumping carbs up. With the volume you’re pushing and how often you’ve been hitting PRs, 185g could be holding your energy back slightly. ❤️

We all have one off day and Id say its just lack of sleep getting to you, we could up the HGH to 4-5iu pre bed if you wanted.

I've never done bench with chains on there , how do you find this affects your lifts?

I want to make you eat more carbs and see how much better your lifts go after 2 weeks of this;

I would also like to see the swap around. You definitely have enough protein at the 250g mark. If its something that you like then even 300g but I don't believe you would be getting anything extra out of it growth wise. Carb up for the energy. Boost the carbs around your workout even quick release ones during. Your muscles will suck them up

Daily thoughts
Obviously has been a big week for me physically even though I wasn't really aware it was. Session tonight was hard due to a bit of a lack of energy and drive. Whilst it wasn't awful by any means, I have been doing pr's so often that two fails was a bit surprising to me.
All good though, nice rest day tomorrow and out for lunch at a new place I just found out about today.

EQ - Smooth as it always is. Back to 300ml per pin and really feel the tightening occur each time. Love this stuff.

HGH - Moved up to 3iu last night. I am feeling this a little more in the extremities and my joints have eased quickly. Sleep is slightly improved as I slept in 30 min which never, ever happens.

Overall - Love how this cycle is sitting now. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent compounds and work so well together. HGH has slightly aided recovery and their is slight relief in my joints.

Daily thoughts
Great day in the gym today. Haven't played above 160kg for several years and doing a box squat of 170kg with relative ease was a massive confidence boost for me. Knees felt great and so did the lower back the more I lifted. The lower volume in this session was a good call as I felt tired but not destroyed at the end.
Been a great Training week so far. Hopefully tomorrow I will see improvement in my shoulder when I do narrow press which would cap it off nicely.

😱Wow, that reads so wrong. I had to go back and find the original post. Need to watch combining two responses like those. Btw, yes they are protected and I would never eat them, but the ones we took pictures of very vrry unique in colouring. Also my shoulder workout on Tuesday burned my delts due to the high reps so they felt a bit cooked

Thanks brother, feels really good at present again.
Chains build resistance as they leave the floor increasing the difficulty at the top of the lift. It is my week point in bench press so Incorporate them into my routine to assist with this aspect of the lift. Works too 🩵
 
I would also like to see the swap around. You definitely have enough protein at the 250g mark. If its something that you like then even 300g but I don't believe you would be getting anything extra out of it growth wise. Carb up for the energy. Boost the carbs around your workout even quick release ones during. Your muscles will suck them up

We all have one off day and Id say its just lack of sleep getting to you, we could up the HGH to 4-5iu pre bed if you wanted.

I've never done bench with chains on there , how do you find this affects your lifts?

Thanks brother. I agree it is sleep related but has nothing to do with my training life. Work is difficult at the moment and I am overthinking it, unfortunately at night.
Chains are great and help the top end of my lift in bench every time I incorporate them. It was a solid weak point until I did.

I have tried the carb thing and as I don't work in a trade or do any cardio I just store it as fat...every time.
So thanks, but my diet will remain exactly how it currently is. Look at today's log update for the week and tell me it's not working...if anything I will be reducing carbs in my next cycle.🩵

Only thing I’d say, might be worth bumping carbs up. With the volume you’re pushing and how often you’ve been hitting PRs, 185g could be holding your energy back slightly. ❤️

So when reading my log updates this morning, boy oh boy did a common theme pop up with my nutrition.
The obsession with the lack of carbs I eat is amazing.
I love that people are invested in my log and only wish the best for me, but I won't be changing my diet for anyone...period.

I have addressed this before but here we go again.
Eating a large amount of carbs does not work for me. I store them as fat as you can see from the pictures below.
Let's get some lifestyle things about me clarified so this might help:
I am nearly 60 so my ability to burn a shit ton of carbs has reduced.
I am an office bound executive. My daily calorie burn depends on how many times I walk to the bathroom or get a cup of coffee (it's black btw).
My lack of sleep has more to do with me overthinking work more than anything else. Has been an issue for 40 years.
I don't do cardio. I don't have the time to do it and my knees struggle mightily with it at present. GH might change that so I won't rule it out as a future thing.
My training is powerlifting based so I don't do a ton of volume.
I have tried the carb thing as recently as Feb and it still didn't work.....for me.

Everyone is different. What works for one does not necessarily work for another. Everyone at Evo actual knows this. If we were all the same we would all be taking the same Peds and Peptides. I don't know many that are doing that and I certainly don't read a person's log and think "oh they are taking the same shit as everyone else).
The range of compounds, amounts and cycles is as diverse as the world we live in.

Yet there is an obsession (yes, obsession) with eating and how much P, C, F and Cal we do. Again, everyone is different, and not all dietary intake is the same for people. Not all dietary measures work the same for people other wise it wouldn't be a multi-trillion dollar industry.
You are actual told dietary wise to find what works for you by this industry.

I have achieved this. I know what works for me due to years of trial and error.

I will solve my current issue by removing any trace of nutrition from my log from now so I don't have to make shit up on what I am consuming to appease people (yes, done that too and recently).
That defeats the entire purpose of a log and I love the logging component of Evo.
Essentially I will do me in regards to my nutition.

You are absolutely right and obviously know how your body works best, and these suggestions of upping carbs are just that, people will suggest what might work for them. I think you should think twice about ommiting the nutrition because it shows the full picture, and other people can see that's it's possible to achieve results while not following what some think is the only way to do it (eating more carbs). I think this is what makes EVO so great, seeing the unique differences.

I am nearly 60 so my ability to burn a shit ton of carbs has reduced.
I am an office bound executive. My daily calorie burn depends on how many times I walk to the bathroom or get a cup of coffee (it's black btw).
My lack of sleep has more to do with me overthinking work more than anything else. Has been an issue for 40 years.
I don't do cardio. I don't have the time to do it and my knees struggle mightily with it at present. GH might change that so I won't rule it out as a future thing.
My training is powerlifting based so I don't do a ton of volume.
I have tried the carb thing as recently as Feb and it still didn't work.....for me.

Everyone is different. What works for one does not necessarily work for another. Everyone at Evo actual knows this. If we were all the same we would all be taking the same Peds and Peptides. I don't know many that are doing that and I certainly don't read a person's log and think "oh they are taking the same shit as everyone else).
The range of compounds, amounts and cycles is as diverse as the world we live in.

Yet there is an obsession (yes, obsession) with eating and how much P, C, F and Cal we do. Again, everyone is different, and not all dietary intake is the same for people. Not all dietary measures work the same for people other wise it wouldn't be a multi-trillion dollar industry.
You are actual told dietary wise to find what works for you by this industry.

I have achieved this. I know what works for me due to years of trial and error.

I will solve my current issue by removing any trace of nutrition from my log from now so I don't have to make shit up on what I am consuming to appease people (yes, done that too and recently).
That defeats the entire purpose of a log and I love the logging component of Evo.
Essentially I will do me in regards to my nutition.

HGH - Still using 3iu in the evening. Joints are feeling really good. Sleep is marginally better. Skin is starting to respond to GH which is nice.

Overall - Still love how this cycle is sitting now. Test, Deca and Eq are excellent and GH is now giving relief and recovery to my joints. This will be a good run in for 8 weeks now.

So when reading my log updates this morning, boy oh boy did a common theme pop up with my nutrition.
The obsession with the lack of carbs I eat is amazing.
I love that people are invested in my log and only wish the best for me, but I won't be changing my diet for anyone...period.

I have addressed this before but here we go again.
Eating a large amount of carbs does not work for me. I store them as fat as you can see from the pictures below.
Let's get some lifestyle things about me clarified so this might help:

Mate, my old job had me doing the same thing constantly staying awake and calculating the remaining hours I would have before I had to sleep so I wouldn’t have to get up and go to it. It’s a terrible feeling no doubt.

I certainly hope your work gets better for you and things get easier there for you.

Great work clearing the air with the macros intake aswell. 🩵
