Hey Fam,

After a little personal time away I'm back and ready to start logging again. Coming off a month of not training and missing a lot of meals so I got some making up to do. I've been consistent with the diet and training again so it's time to gear up for summer. Main goal is to lean out back to where I was before and build up some. Basically recomp for a while and see where that takes me.

Current Stack
Test 50mg ED
Oral Winstrol 40mg ED
Deca 50mg per week for my joints
2iu GH pre-bed
2mg TB500 EOD
500mcg BPC ED

The plan is to run the Winny for a month then into some EQ and Mast for the summer. I'll be titrating my test up to 400mg per week and then introduce 200mg of EQ to start. Bloodwork shortly after and adjust from there. Mast will come later in the cycle once I lean back out again. I'm fatter than I've been in decades right now so I got some work to do.

Current weight is 202lbs AM fasted.

Current macros are 330P, 80-100F, 300-350C

The famous meal prep lol. Got lots of work to do this summer leaning back out so meals and macros are a bit a of question mark at the moment. Trying to figure out my new maintenance calories and then we'll go from there

More just a kick start than a stack. The bulk and previous Tren cycle left me a bit watery and my cardio went to shit. My doc thinks I may have long COVID and it's effecting my cardio. The Winny is definitely helping kickstart my cardio again though
 
Coming off a month of not training and missing a lot of meals so I got some making up to do.

What happened?
Dog got sick with lung cancer, he was only 7. It was a rough time and his cancer progressed really quickly and he passed away. We found out palliative care was the only option early on so I was focused on spending time with him and my fam and just enjoying the little bit of time we had left together.

Yea the size is definitely there. Everyone who hasn't seen me for a bit freaks out right away. Just gotta get my conditioning back.

I've been on the Winstrol for almost 2 weeks now and it's been noticeable. My cardio has really improved and I feel like I have endless energy at work and in the gym. Working 12 hours on the tools is literally nothing now. As long as I don't slow down I can just go and go. Post workout my muscles are shot but mentally I still feel as tho I could hit 2 more sessions.

Sounds interesting at a glance. If I truly do have long COVID I'll give that a shot for sure. Personally I think the Tren just nuked my cardio. That and the Canadian winter. I'll know better in a month when I start getting bike fit again

tren definitely can nuke your cardio but you should try these peptides. They are worth a shot.

AM Fasted Weight - 201lbs

First real session pushing it hard again. I've been training again the last few weeks but I've been keeping the set volume a little lower than usual as I build back up. This session I hit the same volume I was pushing at the end on my Tren cycle. The weights are a fair bit lower but that's to be expected. Everything went well and I'm sorry as hell today.

Dealing with a nagging finger issue. My brothers and I were carrying a deck, I had one end and they had the other. When they hopped into the lake it messed up my grip and it slipped out. Felt a noticeable pop in my ring finger, then clicking in the knuckle joint, and a lot of swelling. Still can't close it all the way. Pressing heavy hurts and obviously grip work it's a no go. The ROM and pain are getting better over the past couple weeks so I'm just gonna keep doing my thing. I was already running the peptides for my elbows so it's good timing.

Weight has been holding steady the last few weeks so I think I've found my new maintenance calories. If I maintain my macros and increase my workload I should be in a good spot for recomp.

Thanks bro I hope so too. I've had this type of injury before so I know it'll just take some time. No way to rest it unfortunately because it my dominant hand and I need it for work. Just power through and hope the peptides bridge the gap

First real session pushing it hard again. I've been training again the last few weeks but I've been keeping the set volume a little lower than usual as I build back up. This session I hit the same volume I was pushing at the end on my Tren cycle. The weights are a fair bit lower but that's to be expected. Everything went well and I'm sorry as hell today.

Dealing with a nagging finger issue. My brothers and I were carrying a deck, I had one end and they had the other. When they hopped into the lake it messed up my grip and it slipped out. Felt a noticeable pop in my ring finger, then clicking in the knuckle joint, and a lot of swelling. Still can't close it all the way. Pressing heavy hurts and obviously grip work it's a no go. The ROM and pain are getting better over the past couple weeks so I'm just gonna keep doing my thing. I was already running the peptides for my elbows so it's good timing.

Hey Fam,

After a little personal time away I'm back and ready to start logging again. Coming off a month of not training and missing a lot of meals so I got some making up to do. I've been consistent with the diet and training again so it's time to gear up for summer. Main goal is to lean out back to where I was before and build up some. Basically recomp for a while and see where that takes me.

Test 50mg ED
Oral Winstrol 40mg ED
Deca 50mg per week for my joints
2iu GH pre-bed
2mg TB500 EOD
500mcg BPC ED

The plan is to run the Winny for a month then into some EQ and Mast for the summer. I'll be titrating my test up to 400mg per week and then introduce 200mg of EQ to start. Bloodwork shortly after and adjust from there. Mast will come later in the cycle once I lean back out again. I'm fatter than I've been in decades right now so I got some work to do.

Current weight is 202lbs AM fasted.

Current macros are 330P, 80-100F, 300-350C

Training currently is a PPL Arms 4 day split but I'm going back to my upper biased bro-ish split focusing on primary and secondary muscles each day. I usually run a 5 day split but I'm toying with the idea of treating like a 4 day asymmetric program to have some spare time for summer outdoor activities. We'll see how it goes.

Naw I can't risk going anywhere near my wrist with a syringe. Its a long story but I had a pretty serious accident back in the day and my right wrist is a mess. Plus I don't have any meat there to pin even tho I'm fat right now lol. I'm just hitting my right delt

Thanks bro. Yea I get little glimpses of what's there in the mornings when I'm really dry. Very encouraging. This should be a good summer recomp. EQ for the first time will be interesting

I've tried sleeping with my leg in all different positions but it just keeps happening and everytime it does it wakes me right up. Pain in the ass.

Training was good again. Pushing heavier volume and my body is really feeling it. My back is cooked today so tomorrow is gonna be really rough. Work has been hectic so I'm burning the candle at both ends as usual.

Yea the double wick is still burning strong lol. The knee thing is super weird. I'm stumped too. Remember when you were a kid and the doctor would tap your knee cap and you leg just reflexed on its own. Feels exactly like that. Kept me up til 1am last night. It's brutal cuz I'm almost asleep and it happens and I'm wide awake and gotta start all over again. I dropped my Winny back down to 40mg just to see if maybe that has something to do with it, but other than that I'm stumped

Not really painful, kinda like a weird shock. Just like a doctor tapping your knee to test your reflex.

RLS did cross my mind but I've never had an issue with that before. But my legs did feel really uncomfortable last night and that's what made me remember hearing about RLS. The strange thing is it's only my right knee and that's the worse of my two bad knees lol

Winny feels like what I expected from Cardarine. Boundless energy and my cardio is improving. When I was on the GW I didn't notice anything at all, but I was on a decent dose of Tren so it's possible I would've been worse off without the GW. It was my first time running Tren so I can't say one way or the other.

Nope brand new problem and very confusing. The only other times I've had sleep issues it was drug related or due to stress.
 
Winny feels like what I expected from Cardarine. Boundless energy and my cardio is improving. When I was on the GW I didn't notice anything at all, but I was on a decent dose of Tren so it's possible I would've been worse off without the GW. It was my first time running Tren so I can't say one way or the other.

Man I would try cardarine when you’re really focused on cardio. That’s when it shined for me.
Felt like it did nothing for me, but it was hard to say cuz I was on Tren. Even when I was coming off tren my cardio was still trashed

I took 20mg of cardarine before a ski jump clinic yesterday. Went over the jump like 24 times. It was definitely working hahaha. Then I helped a friend move (after a nap). But you know? I’m pretty sure you’re better off increasing your cardio ability the old fashioned way. If you have some left I would still experiment with it, seems like it should work for you. But I don’t think it’s worth investing a lot of effort into. You’ll get your cardio back. You know what to do

Tested my theory about the Winny bump to 50mgs being the cause of my leg issue while trying to sleep and I've been sleeping fine since dropping to 40. The last 2 nights I have slept normally again. If I sleep fine tonight I'm going to try bumping to 50 again Monday night to test my theory. Curious if it's just coincidental or not.

This post is a bit late, been a busy weekend. This is my training from Friday night. Felt good hitting triceps really hard again. Added in a new movement with a laying cable OH and it felt amazing. The pump was incredible. Had to take a quick picture it was so good. Everything else went pretty good too. My body is already adjusting back to the volume and the recovery isn't as bad as the first 2 heavy sessions. Ready to keep pushing this week and add in some EQ around mid week.

Awesome log man. I have been on 20 mg cardarine for about 2 months and I too can’t really tell a huge difference in my endurance. I mean I don’t really get tired while lifting so maybe it’s working 😂

Actually just added 300 mg of masteron and 100 mg of Tren to my stack 2 weeks ago 😂 oh and 50 mg of anavar daily so I guess I’m on a bit of stuff 😂 but all of these compounds I added to just cap off my cut. I was on cardarine and cialis since week 1

Yea I'm in construction with bad knees too and I was a bit worried 50mgs of deca per week keeps my joints feeling great and I haven't had any dry joint issues to speak of. Almost 3 weeks in now on the Winnie

The big tournament jump. I didn’t get a whole lot of reps in last year, working with an old pro to streamline my path to helis and flips. That guy can tell you things like “hold the handle lower, bend your right arm and pull in” and it will completely change your path. I was hitting the jump diagonally, and the rope always pointed me right at the boat. He taught me to do that two years ago because I was landing heavy on my left leg and failing to ride away. He spends his summers in an rv with his dog hosting clinics at show skiing sites. I hope to follow him around a little this summer to keep the training moving forward. No one on our team can teach this stuff anymore. We lost all of our jump talent over the years. Used to have one of the best in the world.
Anyway now that I can jump straight I’m going to rep that to death and practice choosing “lanes” on the jump so I can ride over with others. Then work up to crossing the wake and propelling myself over instead of just letting the boat pull me. Maaaaybe this year I’ll be able to wrap the rope around my body and throw a heli. I know I can do it, but learning it right is the difference between doing it consistently or just maybe sometimes

I love your stack bro because it’s the opposite of what I always thought. I thought you should start with masteron with test then cap off with 2-4 weeks of Winnie but you flipped that theory on its head

Then work up to crossing the wake and propelling myself over instead of just letting the boat pull me. Maaaaybe this year I’ll be able to wrap the rope around my body and throw a heli. I know I can do it, but learning it right is the difference between doing it consistently or just maybe sometimes

I had a couple of really bad crashes just learning 180s on a wakeboard. When you land wrong and catch and edge you just slingshot your head into the water.

I have two friends that broke their pelvis like a wish bone, and a friend who is a partial quadriplegic from a barefoot jump accident.

My day job is a bit more dangerous hahaha. I’m one of those people, if there is no intensity in my life I will 100% get myself into serious trouble.

My buddy was watching be jump yesterday. He said “isn’t your back like, seriously fucked up?”

“No. If I stop myself now then what’s the difference if I hurt myself?”

Honestly, when I was hurting bad, laying up and pouting about it made it 100 times worse and no one wanted to be around me. Fuck it. Life is just a tiny blip in eternity, no one knows why we are here or where we go. I’m sending it

Wakeboard falls sure do wrack you. And yeah 100% wearing a helmet over the jump. You can easily slide out and hit your head or go to far over your toes and hit your own skis.
 
I love your stack bro because it’s the opposite of what I always thought. I thought you should start with masteron with test then cap off with 2-4 weeks of Winnie but you flipped that theory on its head
Really it's just outta necessity. I'm coming off a winter bulk so I'm fatter than ever and my cardio is dog shit. I love to ride my mountain bike and do other outdoors stuff now that the weather's nice so I wanted to cheat my way back into shape a bit lol. Saving the mast til later this summer after I've been on the EQ for a while. Once I got my e2 sorted and I've run the EQ comfortably I'll add in the mast for a nice mid cycle boost and see how the e2 management is from there. Might need to bump the test to accomodate the mast so I'd rather build up the test as I go

Ok good atleast your protecting the money maker lol. Sounds like you got a good teacher and you're taking it step by step tho rather then yoloing it all and attack the crazy stuff right away. You got a solid plan in place, just stick to it haha

Tested my theory about the Winny bump to 50mgs being the cause of my leg issue while trying to sleep and I've been sleeping fine since dropping to 40. The last 2 nights I have slept normally again. If I sleep fine tonight I'm going to try bumping to 50 again Monday night to test my theory. Curious if it's just coincidental or not.

This post is a bit late, been a busy weekend. This is my training from Friday night. Felt good hitting triceps really hard again. Added in a new movement with a laying cable OH and it felt amazing. The pump was incredible. Had to take a quick picture it was so good. Everything else went pretty good too. My body is already adjusting back to the volume and the recovery isn't as bad as the first 2 heavy sessions. Ready to keep pushing this week and add in some EQ around mid week.
