My fasted bodyweight is up 4kgs in 13 days since starting on BUCK PHARMACEUTICALS Test E @50mg pd which is half of the dose that I was taking during my recent push cycle.
I set myself a challenge to put on more muscle than I had on my 16 week push cycle from a lowered dose of Test & also having dropped Deca & Insulin & changing my training to an Oldskool style 5 day per week split, training each bodypart once per week with high volume & supersets.

Today is a rest day for me & yesterday was-

My fasted bodyweight is up 4kgs in 13 days since starting on BUCK PHARMACEUTICALS Test E @50mg pd which is half of the dose that I was taking during my recent push cycle.

πŸ’ͺ🏽When I first started out training at age 15, I read Arnold swarzeneggers encyclopaedia of modern bodybuilding cover to cover its a huge book about 800 pages if I remember correctly.
Somewhere in that book, Arnold mentioned about mind muscle control & how he would lay there in his bed at night flexing each muscle in his body one at a time.
I practiced doing this & could eventually flex each muscle in my body without even moving the corresponding limb, only flex with no other movement.
My rear delts are the only muscle that I wasn't able to do without moving my arms backward a bit.
I apply this mind muscle connection to every single rep that I ever perform to this day.
I grab that weight & contact my target muscle with my mind & push or pull that weight with that muscle from start to finish.
Why does this matter?
It matters because I'm using that muscle to lift that weight simple.
The more stress on the target muscle the more growth.
I never just lift a weight from A to B with movement, momentum & mechanics that involve multiple muscles & joints.
I lift with purely with muscle contraction for every single set & rep.
I am getting closer now to completing my mission of regaining my lost muscle mass, with the difference now standing at,
104-114kgs @ 10% Bf
leaving 10kgs of muscle left to regain now!

πŸ’ͺ🏽When I first started out training at age 15, I read Arnold swarzeneggers encyclopaedia of modern bodybuilding cover to cover its a huge book about 800 pages if I remember correctly.
Somewhere in that book, Arnold mentioned about mind muscle control & how he would lay there in his bed at night flexing each muscle in his body one at a time.
I practiced doing this & could eventually flex each muscle in my body without even moving the corresponding limb, only flex with no other movement.
My rear delts are the only muscle that I wasn't able to do without moving my arms backward a bit.
I apply this mind muscle connection to every single rep that I ever perform to this day.
I grab that weight & contact my target muscle with my mind & push or pull that weight with that muscle from start to finish.
Why does this matter?
It matters because I'm using that muscle to lift that weight simple.
The more stress on the target muscle the more growth.
I never just lift a weight from A to B with movement, momentum & mechanics that involve multiple muscles & joints.
I lift with purely with muscle contraction for every single set & rep.
I am getting closer now to completing my mission of regaining my lost muscle mass, with the difference now standing at,
104-114kgs @ 10% Bf
leaving 10kgs of muscle left to regain now!

🀣 I actually never taken 3cc of test. Not even in a week.

That’s It mate work hard! It’s the best thing someone can have is their physique, undeniably you have to earn it and work hard can’t be given it. Not like someone driving around in a Porsche, could be a lease, could have inherited it.

A little extra content I've added today & will be moving forward with all of my future posts.
Some before pics in offseason mode pics followed by some after pics in contest condition.
The visual difference is always extremely striking between the both conditions. I'm around 115kgs in the offseason pics & 97kgs in the contest pics.
For reference apart from the weight loss necessary, I would lose around 2" of Circumference measurement on my arms from offseason to contest, so about 19.5"-20" arms down to 17.5"-18" on my arms.
It seems like a hell of a lot to lose but thats the price that you will pay if you want to be peeled!
The loss however will be dependent on your offseason bodyfat & water retention levels.
I like to eat anything I like offseason & I do mean anything. Doing this gives me freedom to do anything & go anywhere I like without meal prep. I just shoot for 30g of protein alongside my fats & carbs thats my only rule. I still stay at 10% bf offseason despite not eating like a strict meal prep bodybuilder.
I also never counted calories precontest I just changed my food selections, also for that contest in those pics I did zero cardio for the whole 16 week prep.
I did back then & still do now eat a lot of pre-packed high protein meals πŸ˜‹ I like the variety's available across all different brands.

Plus tell that to Flex or Ronnie Coleman who knew that if you could combine heavy weight with higher reps that it would be a no brainer for increasing chances of muscle growth Higher resistance + higher reps = muscle subjected to high tension under a heavy weight for a longer period of time = possibly of more growth.

🎯Target 10-15 reps on all exercises

It's frustrating now with all of my injuries holding my strength, exercise function & execution back but, It's proving to be a worthy challenge & i'll get there! πŸ’ͺ

πŸ€“ For myself I've decided on a 1:1 ratio of Test & Primo for reasons of having a relatively dry gain/quality gain in Bodyweight & Muscle tissue. I will start low & titrate up & only if & when is necessary should I reach a sticking point.
πŸ†πŸ’ͺ🏽One of my main goals also surrounding this push for the return of my previous best physique was to show on my log, that it isn't entirely necessary to any large degree to have to do a pre requisite number of steps each day, cardio or follow any sort of meal prep strict bodybuilder diet type Schedules.
Why? Because FREEDOM!
This isn't really for me an experiment at all, because I have already been there many times before in the past & it's how I've built my offseason physique & have prepped for shows many times in the past without counting a single calorie precontest or in the offseason & without doing a single step of cardio also.
With respects to having built all of my physique in the past & to what I am doing now also, I don't write down or record any of the exercises that I do or the amounts of Weight that I use or the number of sets or reps that I do in my workouts. I just pick up weights without looking at the number on them & know if that weight is going to be right for the job for that particular set at the time.
I workout hard! πŸ’―πŸ’ͺ🏽 Making my muscles fail & do all of the work instead of relying on exercise tricks 🀑 πŸ₯³ & techniquesπŸ“ˆ to help to lift a heavy weight.
I train like a man obsessed! every single dam time like my life depended on it & leave that gym knowing that I got the job done 😊

Of course I have also tried other methods at times such as calorie counting & cardio & recording weights but never myself for any of my competition runs.
I have tried everything old, tried, tested & proven & have built new proven ways ways of my own & can successfully implement any approaches at any time that I choose because I see myself as
a physique engineer chasing maximum muscle with a scientist’s curiosity and a bodybuilder’s obsession for detail! πŸ”₯πŸ†πŸ’ͺ🏽

● Neutral close grip pulldowns
Then went on to superset,
● Incline chest supported T-Bar row with
● Shoulder grip overhand pulldowns behind the neck pulldown, changing the position of the pulldowns to
● Shoulder grip pulldown to the front after reaching failure on the behind the neck pulldown, going to failure on the pulldowns to the front also.
I finished this workout off with,
● Standing cable pullover to finish the lats off &
● Hypertensions for the lower back

● 2 waffles with ice cream & maple syrup
● 2 bananas
● 3 Rtd milk based protein drinks

● 1 teaspoon creatine
