arms looking huge big shoulders growing :D

Update
Average weight of 101.1kg this week, with nil changes to food! Planned deload in 2 weeks likely, but that will be confirmed closer to the date.

PEDs
Due to jumping from 4>6iu, I have been having issues with water retention around the ankles. To combat this, my growth has been dropped to 5iu, to slowly titrate up, as the jump appears to have been quite significant. More Primo likely to be added into the stack, so for any vendors stocking it, definitely keen to get my hands on some more.

Thankyou gentleman!
Newtech leg press is a humbling machine, with my extra focus on getting depth the progressions have been slow but definitely worth it
Newtech incline press also a beautiful machine, so many small adjustments to make the machine fit your needs perfectly

Really happy I hit 150kg on the squat, with no dip in form.

@War Born Peptides Selank used pre gym today for a bit of a kick as I was feeling tired, definitely felt wired and in control after using it.

Update
Week 11 of the bulk officially closes off with this check-in update.

Daily average this week was 101.3kg, with today’s weight coming in at 100.8kg.

I leave for holiday exactly one month from now, so to prolong this push and set up the final stretch properly, coach has given me the rest of the week off to deload, relax, and slightly drop calories down to my NTD intake.

The goal is to freshen up, recover, and make the next 4 weeks a really strong push to finish things off before the holiday.

Remedial massage session today + Saturday to further help freshen up the body!

PEDs
To help combat the hunger, Reta dosage this week will be bumped up to 1.5mg.
Telmi has been increased to 80mg, as my BP has been hovering around the 125-128 region on systolic.

Visuals
Despite being in a surplus for close to 3 months, conditioning has remained as strong as ever.

Bro, holding that conditioning after 3 months in a surplus is seriously impressive. Smart deload as well 💯

Just because its a temporary thing, and I've got it on hand (cheers @War Born Peptides) I've opted to increase the Reta, as I'll be resuming eating normally from Monday for my TD nutrition. Definitely something to consider when I want to cut!!!

Going 87 to 101 while still keeping the abs leaking through is a seriously clean bulk mate, smart call freshening up with a deload before the final push.

What's the story with hunger in a surcharge? What are you current cals?

Thankyou lads! I’m definitely so happy with the progress, considering the amount of weight added and the fact that I’ve kept conditioning. Keen to see what happens when I rip into a deficit later this year 😈
What's the story with hunger in a surcharge? What are you current cals?
3430 calories on my high days(training days) 2830 on my low days (non training days)
Weight has been increasing at a steady pace, while my hunger signals have been high, cannot justify and increase to calories
I’m also a heavy eater and used to he morbidly obese, so it’s years of unlearning shitty habits

Update
Week 12 closes off this week, with a week deload implemented as I unfortunately became ill. Took the week to relax, make sure I slept well and did minimal activity to allow my CNS/Tendons/Joints to recover for the final push. Pleased to be back at the gym tomorrow. Weekly average at 101.6kg for the week.

Nutrition
Updated with +25g carbs added to both TD and NTD.

Training Day
Calories: 3,530
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 525g
Fats: 70g

Non-Training Day

Calories: 2,930
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 375g
Fats: 70g

Visuals
Inflammation reduction across the body, slightly flatter but that is to be expected with the lack of training this week!

Unfortunately, strained my hamstring on my second exercise and decided to er on the side of caution and not push it. Leg is feeling much better but as I am going on holidays soon, the last thing I need is for an injury right before I go.

Update
Week 14 of the bulk is officially tied up, complete and all done.
Average weight this week was 102.6kg to finish off the bulk, with my fasted morning weight coming in at 102.4kg on the day of my check in, 2 July 2026.
Photos of the journey will be shared below, but I am genuinely grateful to a number of people.
First off, my coach @Asianvaper. The bloke has taken me under his wing and has genuinely blown me up, supported me through any issues I encountered, and tweaked my training to help me hit my goals.
Secondly, my sponsor @War Born Peptides. Since he began on the forums, I have worked closely with him, and I am grateful for the opportunity to log his products and be supported by him.
Now, with Japan coming next Saturday, coach has given me free rein to essentially have some fun with my workouts, try new machines, different rep ranges and enjoy training.
Further updates and visuals below.

Looks like you're doing a great job man. I thought you were holding a dumbbell at first. @Presk then I realized it was one of those headphones.
Sony XM-6s - killer!
@Presk looking good man. Anytime you can sport some nice sweatpants and look swole then you're doing it right.
Appreciate it brother
Bros looking good and looking jacked. I like it. What you listening to on your headphones? It better be rap and R&B. @Presk

Hi guys!
Checking in from Japan!
Today, had the pleasure of training at Gold’s Gym in Harajuku, and I can honestly say I was blown away by the equipment.
old school Nautilus, Cybex, TECA and Strive!
Also had to cover my tattoos and wear a long sleeve shirt in 32 degree weather (they gave me stickers to put on on my legs cause I wear shorts.
No phone policy inside, or photos unfortunately of the gym, but overall what an experience

Gym sounds awesome. What a shame about the strict rules...

enjoy the trip. SLU is 🔥

EVO community has a SLU and MotC research thread where you can report your experiences etc for others. Not sure if you are already contributing, but worth having a look.
