This is my first log ever and super excited to keep login, I’ve also been fortunate enough to become a @Raptor Labs athlete and will be running their gear through out my growth phase , prep and foreseeable future, a massive thank you to the team for allowing me to be onboard and supporting me towards my goals.



ABOUT ME :

A little bit about myself if anyone cares , I’m 21 years old and am a carpenter but looking to be a full time coach in the near future , I’ve been training for about 5.5 years now, 4 of them naturally and 1 and bit enhanced. My passion is around training and competing, I’ve competed naturally once and am looking to debut in my first ifbb show this year for season c in the classic division.



CYCLE HISTORY ECT:

My first cycle I did was about a month after i competed naturally in 2023 it consisted of just test and npp and some insulin and that ran out for about 12-15 weeks from memory then after that had a health phase and went on growing again from there with very much the same compounds. Within that year of growth me and others have predicted that I gained around 15 kg of lean tissue which is wicked and hopefully I can have a good growth phase before my prep start for my ifbb debut



CURRENT CYCLE:

Test e 250mg - 300mg I Aromatase easily

Primo 300mg- 600mg

Deca 150mg- 300mg

GH 4iu-5iu budget depending

Lantus 15-20iu



CURRENT FOOD MACROS :

High days 3x a week 250p , 950c , 0 added fats

Medium days 2x a week 250p, 700c , 50 added fats

Rest days 2x a week 250p, 300c , 70 added fats

Most meals consist of the same food just different quantities



CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT :



Monday - legs

Tuesday- chest/arms

Wednesday- rest

Thursday - back/delts

Friday - arms/hams

Saturday -chest/ calves

Sunday- rest

If you’re serious about it, and I have no issue with a younger guy like you getting into bodybuilding deep

But I do recommend that you cycle steroids if you use them in case you change your mind later on, you don’t wanna blow out your reproductive system

I can definitely agree with you on that , my main goal is to be an ifbb pro so I think I’ve had to accept the fact that I have to go through “cruise” and “health” phases to be able to progress well and achieve that goal one day and thank you 🙏🏻

Being a carpenter is a cool job. What made you get into it and what made you get into bodybuilding?
 
You definitely are very young.

But you got a great physique for someone your age.
 
At the end of the day, just be aware of the risks, you're taking

I would definitely consider freezing your sperm at your age.
 
, my advice is use bodybuilding as a side gig.

Don't think you can depend on 100% forever. It's sort of like modeling.
 
No doubt, you have the genetics and the intelligence to succeed at this. From here, we got to make sure that you take this the smart way.

1. how many lot lizards you bang per month?
2. how much red meat you eat a day (in pounds not metrics)

Being a carpenter is a cool job. What made you get into it and what made you get into bodybuilding?
To be honest I kind of just fell into it really , I first started gyming when I was 16 and just wanted to put some size on as I was a pretty skinny bloke and still feel like I am Bahah but then my love for the sport just grew from then

Not really i actually like to stick training plans out till 12-18 weeks or even longer if your progression in the gym is good and your progressing in your physique there is no use to change up the training but most of the time my coach chooses my spilt and then I can go back a forth and change a few things that works best for me

your steroisd are very reasonable. i would drop the hgh 3iu's until you get closer to competition and drop the insulin dose as well.

Reason being is I’m on a fair bit of food and when I’m trying push food up I tend to lose appetite and the lantus really helps with upping my appetite and also allows me to push a bit more food and helps it go to the right places and also improve performance,
But yes can agree it is a fair bit and won’t be going past that amount but I’ve had zero troubles with using it

I admire your work ethic brother your powering forward each day and no doubt your complete focused!!

Not really i actually like to stick training plans out till 12-18 weeks or even longer if your progression in the gym is good and your progressing in your physique there is no use to change up the training but most of the time my coach chooses my spilt and then I can go back a forth and change a few things that works best for me
