Very good check in I think personally, the HGH coming back in pushed some water and definitely some more glycogen so a little fluffy but should wash off during week and tighten up again,
Coach is happy and asked the question this week how far do I want to go and am I comfortable with upping the cycle and I said yes as long as it’s not crazy and we still have more room in the tank “WHEN” I become pro I’m fine with pushing it a little bit as I want it bad
