the gasses get trapped in an egg when you boil them is why. some people will cook them for like 5 minutes then poke a couple tiny holes into them to release those gasses when boiling. its a trick you can tryHi stevesmi, no problems at all, that the thing when im on carnivore all the bloating and gas goes away. Nice session there man, and everything is better in beef tallow hahaSaturday completed, session at the gym as well as evening stroll, 5 mins elliptical warm up with 30 min speed 4 incline 4, I really need to add that to the work out as keep forgetting to type it. Felt pretty good on the evening stroll and felt like i had loads of energy which was a great feeling compared to how I was feeling not so long ago. @waggat MT2 will let you know, i am a ranga so i have the skin colour with is a cross between a ghost and a light bulb so it may take all the MT2 in China to give me colour but we will see.

bros that some good protein. i like the food you eating. shows you serious about this @JasonM50Okay so Tuesday done, did a training session this morning with 5 in elliptical and then 20 mins speed 4 incline 4 as i was running late for work, made it up later by completing a speed fit class and then doing a nice walk 14k steps
Couldnt get chicken drumsticks so the wings had to do, just salt and were pretty damn good.

I mprmal have my food around 13:00 not normally hingry, just yesterday as alot less food rhan normalHaving 2 meals sometimes while doing consistent omad will help trick the body and metabolism,what time of the day is your usual omad routine?

good OMAD dayOkay Wednesday done, stuffed my my new training session a bit being special and not understanding as i mentioned im special, but all cleared up so will be better tomorrow. Had fire training this evening so couldn't get my usual steps. Lunch was different as i had a client lunch meeting, i was good and got 300g steak, shrimp and 2 eggs, had some chicken wings when i got home so not the usual OMAD but had to make sure i had enough food as i was still hungry. No photo as i wasn't taking my phone out to take food photos while entertaining.

some of those sauces are really bad. the stuff they pick in them is horrible for you. that is why i carefully choose my own spicesI do buy the mingel seasoning, quite like the taco and korean bbq, none of the nasty stuff
