Approved Log My life changing Journey

Couldnt do my update yesterday due to the server outage, i did speedfit yesterday and i couldnt eat all the food in the picture, 2 Lamb burgers left over for today, i ran out of Salmon. The test strips came yesterday, only to realise tjat there are strips for blood glucose, whivh is what i purchase and tested so i need to order some keto strips, will get there eventually.View attachment 143581

Hi stevesmi, no problems at all, that the thing when im on carnivore all the bloating and gas goes away. Just super tired today so no training update, forgot to take the photo of food but had 3 drumsticks, 4 eggs, 2 100% beef burgers and 2 lamb burgers, just rusteling up some more chicken ready for tomorrow, training 7 days a week has been too much i think, will get bavk to traoning tomorrow aftet my rest day, pretty low steps too today but will get nack on that tomorrow too

the gasses get trapped in an egg when you boil them is why. some people will cook them for like 5 minutes then poke a couple tiny holes into them to release those gasses when boiling. its a trick you can try
 
Woke up really tired today, not going to hit the gym as i have fire training later, a few people have mentioned how tired i look so a rest dau in order
bros rest day is good. but maybe do a light walk around neighborhood just to move body a bit. and get in extra nap good for yoU! @JasonM50

Protein sources definitely are solid. @JasonM50 You should also get some turkey, especially ahead of Thanksgiving. Don't forget those greens as well.

@JasonM50 Very nice job, man. I'm glad you're finding out what works for you and what doesn't. That's the key to nutrition because everybody's going to be a little different.

Thursday update, felt better after the rest and back into it did workout and 80mins treadmill speed 4 incline 4, food attached, have got some salmon so back on the menu tomorrow.
Have done a thing, i have enlisted @Gains Man to help me with the extra push into the next chapter, i have warned him im special and did not let him down with my specialness, apologies to @UGL OZ who i also showed my specialness when placing an order for Teste, will post picks on touchdown.

@JasonM50 the growth hormone looks really nice and I like how you lay out the TRH and the peptides that you're doing. This is a good setup and I'm excited to see the results you start getting.

Saturday completed, session at the gym as well as evening stroll, 5 mins elliptical warm up with 30 min speed 4 incline 4, I really need to add that to the work out as keep forgetting to type it. Felt pretty good on the evening stroll and felt like i had loads of energy which was a great feeling compared to how I was feeling not so long ago. Scrambled egg in the pan is so much nicer and cooked in beef tallow

-this is a good approach,as it gets easier i would build up slowly to 5 speed 12 incline 30 mins
-adding cardarine would be a great idea

Omad
-great approach for carnivore weight loss
-I would swap out the patty's for mince from a butcher,this way you can season them as you like and add chopped omelette on top

Supplements
-look great
-love the tudca glycine and milk thistle
These will help liver enzymes from being to high as you clearly have on lock,good work
-do you have Celtic salt with your meals?
I see your on the tallow so im guessing your carnivore is on point

Bloods
-bloods look good to me bro
 
Hi Lev, funny i was wondering about that myself so entered info into my fitness pal and i am low and also low on protein, will grab 3 angus patties from Hungry jacks (Burger King)
I agree with @LevButlerov
2000 calories should be minimum on carnivore unless you are 10% bf trying to peel off those last cpl

Thanks Carnivore Brother ;) yeah i use Cosher salt, i have found a cracking looking kebab recipe which i am thinking about using Lamb Mince and will be a couple of carbs from Spices but the flavour will be worth it

Put a teaspoon in ur pre gym drink and post
This will help performance cramps and recovery.
Stay away from fast food places even if your just getting the patty's,I know its convenient but work on making these places a no go zone,all they will do is play on ur mind during the difficult days.
Lamb mince is a great option but higher calories,save lamb for bulking times
Beef or chicken mince for more volume
Don't sweat carbs from spices,I wouldn't even track them tbh your not drowning food in it,use both spice and salt will be enough.

As soon as you get one or the other tag myself @LevButlerov, @Dreamer and we can give you a dosing protocol on how to use the one you end up getting.

But you definitely need to get one as soon as possible, your e2 is double the range at the moment

Bloods are back,
Bloods look pretty goo but we need to work on that cholesterol. As we get older it's def more important. Last thing you need is plaque buildup in the arteries/heart.Are you taking anything to help? Supps/medications?

Ill post my supps again later when i do tues update, not sure that any helpbwith colesterol really, i used to take metaformin that i think ises to so maybe need to get some of that again, my good colesterol has aways been at the 0.9 and no matter what food i eat it has never gone above that

Your HDL will likely be low while on test or any gear, but you can get it higher with supps.

Your LDL is the concern really - there is a ton of things you can take and do to make that number better and as @s.gentz said avoid plaque in arteries

You non HDL and LDL are pretty out of whack. You def don't want to carry on too long like this.

E2 is a bit high but as long as your not getting High e2 symptoms probably won’t be at risk for gyno, but yeah you do probably want to lower that a bit.

Cholesterol use citrus bergamot and red yeast rice/w coq10 both helped a ton for mine.

Citrus Bergamot, Red yeast rice, Fish oil and Physillium, Berberine and Niacin is what I use, I have yet to see mine go out of range on any cycle. Only HDL just

Couldnt get chicken drumsticks so the wings had to do, just salt and were pretty damn good.

@waggat MT2 will let you know, i am a ranga so i have the skin colour with is a cross between a ghost and a light bulb so it may take all the MT2 in China to give me colour but we will see.

Okay so Tuesday done, did a training session this morning with 5 in elliptical and then 20 mins speed 4 incline 4 as i was running late for work, made it up later by completing a speed fit class and then doing a nice walk 14k steps 💪

@JasonM50 Looks like you got a nice assortment of protein there. Looks to me like you got some beef, some poultry and some fish as well.

MT2 absolutely works mate, I am currently on it, been running for a couple weeks and getting a nice tan colour - its one of those things I cant see it but people keep commenting.

Your HRV is rather low, has it always been this way?

try adding some paprika to your wings as well. tastes really good that way! @JasonM50 i've eaten them like that many times
 
Okay Wednesday done, stuffed my my new training session a bit being special and not understanding as i mentioned im special, but all cleared up so will be better tomorrow. Had fire training this evening so couldn't get my usual steps. Lunch was different as i had a client lunch meeting, i was good and got 300g steak, shrimp and 2 eggs, had some chicken wings when i got home so not the usual OMAD but had to make sure i had enough food as i was still hungry. No photo as i wasn't taking my phone out to take food photos while entertaining.

I do buy the mingel seasoning, quite like the taco and korean bbq, none of the nasty stuff

Having 2 meals sometimes while doing consistent omad will help trick the body and metabolism,what time of the day is your usual omad routine?
Do you struggle that your still hungry after omad?
I mprmal have my food around 13:00 not normally hingry, just yesterday as alot less food rhan normal

Okay so not alot Thursday, rest day today but was super tired due to some bad sleep previous so had an extra hour in bed which my recovery and sleep liked alot.
Ate my OMAD meal at work that hasnt changed, photo attached or it didnt happen :)
Had a work event this evening so went to that so no walking, didn't touch the platters going around but did have a couple of Pepsi Max's, i know, i know. i need to kick the coffee and the Pepsi Max and i will.
Will be back to the gym tomorrow.
What was good was that it has been a while since i have seen some of the customers in person and they were commenting on how much i have changed and how good i look, i still dont see or feel that yet but was a nice feeling and what was in my head was.....

Wait to see what happens next........
