So Monday complete, went with the same 500g Sardines and 4 hardboiled eggs, training and Peds attached, same again 5mins elliptical warm up and 30 minutes treadmill speed 4 incline 4

I appreciate you posting this brother @BeMe this is what i feel is part of my calling that you helped me feel strong enough to get rolling and open up with sharing my deepest and darkest moments it is posts like this that make me keep going because of the possibilities of helping even one single person makes what ive been through and delt with and still do, even though ive learned to master it and get better each day with time. I feel a sense of happiness knowing people spread my episodes with intentions of helping others in the community.

Today im going on with the guys to speak on depression and go deeper with it.. this is going to be difficult but if i can help others and get this out its worth it.

I'm really happy you listened to the podcast and it helped! I know nothing brings @Noah Wixx more joy then helping others through opening up about his personal experiences. That was his whole reason for going as deep as he did on the show. I literally told him right after that I guarantee it will help others and here we are so soon after. bros nice on the eggs. do they give you gas though when you hardboil them? a lot of times the gasses get trapped in egg @JasonM50
Havent noticed it yet, i have tried doing them diffeently but when i peel them im pretty much left with the yoke and the white all stuck to the shell.

you will get to wherever you want to go. we have seen plenty of guys in way worse shape get into top shape. look at @Pigsy for example and see his transformation @JasonM50

Definitely don't do the YT thing i bring my raw and real no filter life experiences and my depression qnd what ive neen through and how i came out on the other side. I try my best to get others to connect with me and hear my passion and dedication, hopefully in time they get fired up from hearing me and put the changes together.

Hey bro, cut straight in half with a knife, scoop out with a teaspoon , don't waste any whites that way, and takes all of about 10 secs, 😁

I am an utter simplton when it comes to working this stuff out, ask @Pigsy and also @Wolfenstein who i got the HGH from, special is an unterstament ;) i use 1ml 100 units of bac water and then draw 0.1 10 units of gh to pin. Will increase to 0.15 15 units in a couple of weeks.

Haha no worries. That clears it all up looks like you're pinning 3.1iu of GH per day. Your adding 1ml to your 31iu GH bottle and drawing 1/10th each time so 3.1iu, hope that helps make it a bit easier to understand. It is confusing at times.

When it said 10iu and no insulin I was wondering how you were making that happen haha.

You're low on protein and a bit high on fats, but you can keep it this way if you want to get into ketosis.

AS i have just started back on carnivore the idea was to do this to get back into ketosis quickly, my blood monitor came yesterday but the cheeky buggers sell them with no strips. Have ordered the strips and will be able to see whats going on as the pee strips are rubbish to be fair.

Hey bro I noticed you eat sardines in large amounts pretty regularly now. Just becareful with that cuz they contain heavy metals. Too much on the regular and your body won't be able to detoxify fast enough.

I will be changing that up from today, will be doing 4 100% beef burger pattues then somee sardines and 4 hard boiled eggs, wont be eating at lunch and will be dinner as super tired today and left food at home

I remember Joe Rogan talking about it on his podcast. He was big into sardines and his doc told him he had to stop cuz he had high levels or mercury in his blood.
 
So i felt a little less tired and slipped out of work early to get to the gym, damn it was stupid busy and didn't get on elliptical or treadmill at the end. Dinner oh my god, jeez that was a harder work out than the gym, i had to force the food down and i was struggling, thanks Reta. Also did a scan, i will take it with a pinch of salt as was an afternoon scan and they are better in the morning, also says i have lost 2 Kg lean muscle mass and 1 Kg of Skeletal Muscle mass but when you check the segmented all seem to have gone up, so confused.com

and forcing that dinner down is normal on retatrutide, just keep hitting your protein so recovery stays clean.

Skip those scan readings because they jump around and drive you nuts, stick to the morning scale weight and weekly photos for a real measure of progress imo
 
I was actually thinking i may reduce the sardines somemore and get some skin on chicken drumsticks

Yeah i hear you Mobster, it was a proper battle, only issue was i didnt eat until 630pm so i had a bad night sleep due to feeli g so full, i am pulling a longer fast and will eat tomorrow lunch so a quick 36hr fast. Will grab some chicken later to add to the burgers and eggs, may still slip in a can of sardines in for the fat and not the six i have been eating

@JasonM50 embrace the reta. learn more about food addictions and comfort foods and how they effect you now and in the past. it will teach you to use food for nutrition not as a treat
 
So Friday, woke up about 4am, couldn't get back off to sleep as was still feeling uncomfortable from all the food, so got up and went to the Gym, 5mins elliptical warm up and then 30min speed 4 incline 4 on the treadmill after training. No food to report today, my Whoop band arrived so will have some data to share from that as it starts to spew out information.
Just checked the tracking for the Reta and MT2, it has arrived at the airport so should only be a couple of days, have enough Reta so no panic.

I hate Bulgarian split squats, just saying

if you fill a vial and inject the whole thing you are pinning the entire 10mg @JasonM50 if you pin half 5mgs. if you pin 1/4 its 2.5mgs and so on. its easier to just do it that way

@JasonM50 bros that a nice protein meal you put together. workouts good. just don't hit shoulders too hard so you don't end up with injuries

well that's good that you recognize what you do wrong and how your body reacts. I think a good rule of thumb is don't eat too close to bedtime. And it's also a good idea to go to the bathroom and let loose everything before bed as well so your body goes to bed clean. @JasonM50

Anyone use this gut repair from mybrainco? i think it will mess with my Carnivore as 5g carbs, thinking about selling it if anyone in Aus is a fan. Info from first day of wearing the Whoop, think i get more data the longer i wear it.

Fellow health tracker, I liked the whoop, I use oura ring now, your HRV is quite low, I will be interested to see how this trends as your RHR is a bit high too, there is some supps you can add for this at nihht to help

I have just signed up for the one month trial, dont really understand much of it, do you recommend the oura over the whoop ?

Honestly, whoop is better, I am tattooeed pretty heavily and whoop sensor wouldnt read, for what we do you will get more from it than oura
 
Hi all, Saturday complete training and PEDs attached, also photo of food today, 4 chicken drum sticks with a bit of cheeky Nandos hot sauce, 4 hardboiled eggs, 2 100% beef burgers and my one can of sardines, i have brought them so going to finish them only 3 cans left and then ill swap to Salmon. Anyone use this gut repair from mybrainco? i think it will mess with my Carnivore as 5g carbs, thinking about selling it if anyone in Aus is a fan. Info from first day of wearing the Whoop, think i get more data the longer i wear it.

That gut repair is amazing bro genuinely!! My wife uses it daily and is has helped her significantly more then 99% of other digestive aids in the 15 years we have been together.
5g carbs wont do anything to your ketosis for real and the benifits you will get from it are worth every bit!!
 
Okay so Sunday done, forgot to mention yesterday i completed my assessment at the fire station so i am now an active Volunteer fire fighter again, and got called out for my first job back in the chair, was an easy enough one, no road crash or burning down house, just a homeless dude setting a fire, could have escalated as very dry in WA and was under a dry tree canopy so could have got out of hand quickly. Any way i digress, training and Peds complete and Whoop info attached. Added the Salmon in to Lunch, bloody tiny piece, didn't know as was in a box, will be finding a better source.

@JasonM50 This is going really well for you. Your calories are as low as mine were when I lost 80 lbs and it's one hell of a long term commitment. I'm liking the TRT dose still and that you upped your GH that should do the trick. Your step count is awesome by the way! Energizer bunny!

One of the biggest factors affecting the sustainability/ longevity of your weight loss will be how you approach nutrition and digestion! It can be a hard transition but there will come a point where you'll need to re-assess your eating habits here.

If it's not broken, don't fix it, and this is currently work for you - but if/ when the time comes and you notice the fat loss starting to stall mate don't hesitate to reach out.

You've done awesome work so far and I'm keen to see where this takes you 🔥

Thanks brother, im a simple creature so eatibg once a day an mimimal meal prep suites me down to the ground. Actually thinking aboit doing a PT course to try and help other people in my situation, its really tough and i have been lucky enough to come across the evo team, not everyone is so lucky
 
Okay, i may have got carried away with touchdown 2, but will never have an issue with bac water again. Thanks to @Wolfenstein for super easy order and quick delivery, at least my new bac water purchase now has a purpose ;)

Ok so Monday complete, workout posted and did 5 min elliptical and 30 min treadmill incline 4 speed 4, forgot to write this yesterday for training. Food same, took a bite of the egg and then thought, shit photo, 4 chicken drumsticks, 2 100%beef burgers, 4 hardboiled eggs and a piece of salmon. lots of jabs with the additional PED arriving, peds attached. Sleep stress better, took supps as well as i used a lower heart rate thingy on my headphones. Not trying to get ahead of myself but i do like to plan stuff, what body fat do i need to get to before i can start adding in Peds for muscle / size growth ?

Hold Peds until you’re down closer to 16-18% bodyfat because you’ll grow cleaner and manage sides better once you’re there.

You'd be doing a world of good brother. Now more than ever people are struggling to reach their health/ fitness/ physique related goals with so much conflicting and poorly delivered information so readily available.

At the bare minimum, it will help your own journey as well.
 
Couldnt do my update yesterday due to the server outage, i did speedfit yesterday and i couldnt eat all the food in the picture, 2 Lamb burgers left over for today, i ran out of Salmon. The test strips came yesterday, only to realise tjat there are strips for blood glucose, whivh is what i purchase and tested so i need to order some keto strips, will get there eventually.

Woke up really tired today, not going to hit the gym as i have fire training later, a few people have mentioned how tired i look so a rest dau in order
