Unfortunately 1g of test is standard/mild in the higher ifbb ranks, gotta do what ya gotta do

Enter: Hydration and sauna

I make sure im getting 6-7 litres a day split up between meals so im adequtely hydrated, this not only improves insulin sensitivity but aids digestion, your kidney and cardiac health, and hugely your performance in the gym

Ill do 2 litres between meal 1 and 2 and also i do my sauna

Sauna is one of the best home investments you can buy, for a couple grand you can generally pick up a good infrared sauna that you can put inside or outside

I make sure before meal 2 i have 20 minutes of sauna done at max temp which is 75 degrees for mine, infrared sauna has been shown to be incredibly good at keeping cardiac tissue and arterial health in tact at just 20 mins a few times a week (i do daily)

Stay healthy guys and remember a pill or potion wont replace what we can do for ourselves

Body is growing!

Great thing about starting prep lean and healthy is you can basically just zig zag your nutrition and recomp the entire process

Cardio and steps boxed off nice and early at 4am then meal 1 went down

Bodys feeling fresh, been drinking a tonne of fluids as it gets hotter here, yesterday i did 9 litres total and body feels so much better for it, along with smashing a good litre of kombucha per day

Layed back in bed for 20 doing some emails then boom strsight onto stairs

Bodyweight was 111.2kg btw

For legs ill be at a new gym today so will get to play on some nautilus leg kit
