Wheelhouse87

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hey guys,

Keen to kick off this new log. Big shout-out to @Gold Standard Labs for bringing me on board for sponsorship after our previous sponsor was banned. This is actually the second time something like that has happened during one of my logs, but I’m confident Gold Standard Labs and the team are here to stay — they’re only growing, and I’m proud to be along for the ride.

I’ve already been running Golds gear for a while thanks to a giveaway win plus a few private purchases when my old sponsor didn’t have certain compounds. Quality has been absolutely on point, so heading into this log I already had full trust in the brand.

My last log ended a bit early due to some stomach issues after returning from overseas, along with a few other things I won’t get into because it’s not productive. What matters is that I’m locked in again and ready to push just like before.

Cycle Compounds (PEDS):

EQ

Mast

Peptides / Additional Compounds:

HGH

Reta

MOTS-C

SLU-PP-322 (on the way)

BPC and TB on hand if needed

I had great results during my first log running EQ. I’ve used plenty of compounds over the years, but the EQ cycle honestly had me feeling the best — lean muscle coming in while the scale was going down. I’ve front-loaded my EQ again this time, following @Pigsy advice.

I took nearly 6 weeks off the gym before getting back into training a couple of weeks ago. Feeling good so far — a bit leaner than where I left off, but still plenty of fat to drop.

Goal for this cycle:

Cut down the excess fat, rebuild lean tissue, and come out healthier overall.

Looking forward to updating this log consistently and seeing where this run takes me.

about me:
38 years old
Currently 117kg

Supplements:
Defend organ support (Nac,Tudca, thistle Etc etc)

Training:
Monday - Arms & Shoulders
Tuesday - Chest & Back
Wednesday - legs & abs
Thursday - arms & shoulders
Friday - Chest & Back
Sat/sun rest days

Diet:
I try to stay around the 2300 calories and my meals do change up a bit.
A lot of my meals revolve around steak, chicken, rice and vegetables.

Try to get my 200grams of protein daily and I also use protein yoghurts throughout the day for quick meals. I could probably start trying to shoot for 250grams

Ill be stepping up cardio this time around.

Hoping all the guys that follow my logs and contribute also see this one! Your support is very appreciated.
it is also great to be on a team with @coolguy77711 because he was one of the first guys i connected with on EVO and he showed me how to start my first log on here.. appreciate you bro!

I have attached some of my most recent pictures – as you can see there is still a fair bit of fat to drop and also excess skin from losing 30kg over these last Evo logs

Cheers guys

Comprehensive brother! Keen to follow your journey. What's your dose for the SLUPP332? And do you have a plan for the loose skin?

Also you mentioned gut problems. They seem so prevalent at the moment. What did you catch?

To be honest bro.. I dont have a dosing schedule yet for the SLU-PP-322.. ill ask around others who are currently on it to see dosing schedule.
With the loose skin I dont really have a plan per say.
I have access to KLOW so I could run that and it eliminates my need for my TB/BP since its 10mg BP, 10mg TB, 10mg KPV and 50mg GHK-CU..
The KPV could help with inflammation and there has been alot of discussions around GHK helping with skin and especially tightening loose skin.
I know this wouldnt apply to dramatic weight loss like Semaglutide etc but I habe gradually lost 30kg but even so, still have some skin loose.
I guess ill step the ab workouts up to try build the muscles more to fill out my skin 😆😆 wishful thinking.

My gut problem was - I caught Giardisis from a trip to Fiji and it really missed my gut health up even after anti biotics.

After getting that back on track its been much easier to eat normally as needed when training.
Ive also started Mots-c weeks ago which is ment to help with mitochondria, gut cells, digestion etc so hopefully that is helping also..
Cant hurt i guess

SLU dosing protocols are still a little bit behind later research. Typically around 1 - 4mg/ day but you can easily get away with a dose 10-20x higher than that and see some pretty awesome results. It's why vendors who offer bulk SLU powder are an absolute win.

I was going to recommend GHK for the loose skin - a few of my clients have had great success with it around 5 - 10mg/ day administered twice daily.

Thanks for that info brother.. the KLOW has the GHK-cu in it but i can definitely just get GHK by itself.
From what ive seen it definitely helps with skin using it for a good period of time.
Something I will definitely look at keeping consistent

Yeahhhh brother, here we goooo!!!! Time to step it up a notch which i can see u have definitely with those pics in the group chat haha, yeah budddy!! Look forward to this log
Much love to you brother... OG Family

Yeah mate, really good combo with the repair side of TB/BP... inflammation help from KPV and Skin/Nail/hair etc from GHK.
Good all rounder. Even my wife is on it

100% brother.. the resorts are pretty good. We stayed at a pretty good one.
I caught it after making good mates with some locals and they invited me.and the family to their village for a private Kava ceremony 😂😂 didnt think about the water they mixed the kava in.
Lesson learnt but it was a great experience nonetheless

Test E

EQ

Training:

Cheers guys
Last order of this log brother you’re looking absolutely massive. Let’s get it.

Thanks for that info brother.. the KLOW has the GHK-cu in it but i can definitely just get GHK by itself.
From what ive seen it definitely helps with skin using it for a good period of time.
Something I will definitely look at keeping consistent
Sir 🤝

My apologies for the week stint of posting guys.
Busiest part of the year for me.
Had a 3 day in-house live in chef gig at Byron Bay early in the week for a Pilates retreat.. myself and 19 girls 😆 and then another in-house christmas dinner for 20 a few days later.

Still managed gym sessions wherever possible and I always travel with my adjustable dumbells so I can still get workout in.

Gym session days:
Concentration curls - 17.5kg x 9 reps x 3
Bayesian curls - 20kg - 8 reps x 3
Hammer curls - 20kg - 10 reps x 3
Wrist curls (cable) - 28kg to failure x 3
One arm cable tricep pulldown - 15kg - 12 x 3
French press - 28kg - 12 x 3 reps

Legs:
Seated leg curl - 97kg - 8 reps x 4
Seated ham curls - 68kg - 8 reps x 4
Donkey calf raises in-between sets
Leg press - 220kg - 6 x 3 reps then drop set
Squat Smith machine - 80kg x 10 (i dont do heavy squats as much as I want to as I habe a bad lower back)

Back:
Wide grip pull down - 90kg - 8reps x 3
One arm single pull down - 33kg - 10 x 3
Wide grip row - 67kg (app) - 10reps x 3
One arm single low row - 32kg -10reps x 3
Shrugs - 120kg to fail x 3
Rope face pull - 40kg x 12 x 3
Straight arm cable lat pull downs? - approx 40kg to failure x 3

My workouts when I havent been able to make the gym have consisted of chest, arms and shoulders since i can do majority without machines.
Curls etc, shoulders with Seated presses, side raises, Y raises, bent over rear delt, floor presses for chest and flys along with plenty of push ups.

Hope everyone had a good christmas

This is going to be an awesome log to follow!

I too have the lose skin from losing near 40kg (80+ lbs) and my 2026 will be including almost all the peptides you're looking to stack. I'm even adding extra GHK-Cu to the KLOW as well. We have almost the exact same issues and goals bro.

With your density and size you could easily handle 250-300g protein as well.

I LOVE that tats as well, as you can see I too am covered. Nice work!

@R.AP I’ve heard / read GHK-CU may tighten loose skin, but yet to find a log or similar whereas it’s been used for this purpose

Any of your clients logged their experiences with before / afters?

Similar to others, lost substantial weight in my 20s and have some skin on lower back/abs I’d love to tidy up!

Ill be implementing this for an extended period of time next yeah. Most like around 6 months at 2-5mg

Correct my bro. Its one of those things you have to lock into and keep running for extending period.
Its not a magic pill for 1 or 2 months but has been pretty proven that over long term is definitely helped with acne and tightening of skin etc.
I have lots of KLOW on hand

Yeah I've got a couple of clients that have had positive experience with skin tightening, but I'll have to see if they got any good pics before and after that highlights it.

Also really good for people struggling with acne issues too brother.
Ive seen a fair few videos of fellas in their early 20s taking GHK.and within months their acne has cleared right up without taking prescription medication.
My wife says her skin and hair already feels better after about 4 weeks on KLOW 👍👍

Happy Monday fellas,

Currently battling a slight bulge disc in my neck after having a bunch of families staying with us over new year (constantly pushing kids into waves on fhe surfboards etc 😆)
My cortisol injection has worn right off but im due for one in February, im also booked in to see the neurosurgeon regarding the key hole operation to remove the spur off my spine to stop this in the future hopefully.

Still being fuelled by the absolute best @Gold Standard Labs - an absolute true gentleman of a sponsor and the whole team have been great support as of late.
lost my uncle to cancer after boxing day and his funeral is back down in the city on Thursday this week. Good having the support network of Team GSL

Whilst giving the neck a rest i hit legs today:
Seated leg curl - 96kg 4 x 10
Seated hamstrings curl - 67kg 4 x 10
Donkey calf raises in-between sets to failure
Leg press - 180kg - 4 x 14 approx

I gave goblet squats a go today also.. what's everyone thoughts? Are they a waste of time?

Cheers

Agree pigsy.. I nearly feel there isnt any need to buy BPC and TB separately anymore 😆 especially for a little bit extra then buying bp and tb by itself.
The only thing I think you could add is buy an extra bottle of tB500 since the dosage is normally slightly higher for recovery stack.

But let's be honest, most people buying BP/TB are repairing.. to why not add KPV whilst youre at it because of its potent Anti-inflammatory properties.

The only reason I can see people not using it is because they are sensitive for GHK-CU- which can be common.
My mate doesnt take it as the copper tripeptide GHK rashes his skin every time

Thanks bro🔥🔥

I’ve purchased a vial to try a while ago but never started. Understand long term thing. May grab a couple more and see how we go with the skin.

May as well log the results myself with before/afters and maybe useful information for the Evo community on a different aspect of the peptide

bulge disk, have you tried a chiropractor for it? I know chiro is a toss up but if its pushing out maybe possible to pop back in? @Wheelhouse87
you still training 100% I love that! EVO family support your way!

Awesome anecdote! Good to know. I wonder what the mechanism is for the Acne.

What's in KLOW again?

10mg BPC157
10mg TB500
10mg KPV
50mg GHK-CU

So you have the repair properties of BP and TB.. the KPV is a potent Anti-inflammatory (great for us) then GHK for skin, hair and nails normally

Hey guys,

Been getting some good sessions in.
Cutting down some calories and stepped reta up by 0.5mg.
I know o need to step up my cardio.
Been having issues with this neck injury which has been playing havoc with my back and shoulder workouts.
Booked in week and a half for my MRI and shoukd get some more info to see if my spur has gotten worse.
Booked into see neurosurgeon next month.
Hopefully just a small key hole surgery for the sour but damn! Its been ruining my sleep.

Other than that i have been catching up on leg workouts atleast 😆
Plenty of leg press, seated curl, seated reverse curl, lights squats (protect neck and back) , donkey calf raises, lunges.

Been feeling great on @Gold Standard Labs Test and EQ. Been feeling great on @RegenexPharma GH, Mots, reta and anadrol 50mg..
Been injecting KLOW into my traps hoping it would help with my neck 😆😆 but there is only so much peps can do so thinking its still.my disc and spur.
My acne has definitely cleared up a bit around my back and shoulder (not that I had heaps) and looking forward to @RegenexPharma getting his Cartalax in stock and his on-cycle supplement support

A lot of people use an injury as an excuse to drop the ball on nutrition and training. Very motivating to see you pushing through and showing up each day to do what you can to keep momentum on your journey 🔥🔥 keep it up brother 💪💪

Great to hear your feeling great on the @Gold Standard Labs test / eq. Quality vendor and products so this is great feedback 🙏🙏 how do you manage E2 crash. What EQ : Test ratio works for you?

How you finding the Mots-C? Have been thinking of jumping on… what are the main benefits?

Speedie recovery on the neck brother
Thanks brother Pigsy..
If anything its just extremely annoying.. blunt dull pain but I know its nerve because ive obviously had it for years. Doing jiu jitsu doesnt help with alot of chokes and cranks but I hate just stopping things in my life that I love because of pain 😆
Im pretty sure ive explained it to you in our private convos brother but for the sake of it on my log:
I have a bone spur on my spine near the nerve opening. I also get a bulging disc there.
When it bulges it pushes the nerve onto the spur but im thinking something has changed since its constant.
Morning and nights are worse. I need my RE3 ice pack to get have on my neck to numb it so I can fall asleep these days.
For any of my Aussie gym brothers/sisters that ever need rehab of joints or cold therapy for instant injuries you need to get onto:
https://re3compression.com.au/

Absolute game changer for injuries, strap it on and you can still walk around and do normal stuff around the house etc.. Aussie owned company too.
The ice packs legit last for well over an hour.. no more nursing on the couch with shitty packs

How you finding the Mots-C? Have been thinking of jumping on… what are the main benefits?
Yeah brother ive never let my injuries get in the way of day to day life.
I feel ive probably crashed my E2 a but just off my libido etc but that is that going off how I feel. I'll get bloods soon.
Im currently 600mg test and 300mg eq, 200mg Mast E, 4iu GH which I find it good for me at the moment

The mots-c has been good, I do find its worked well with the reta. I do find ive got a bit more energy but might be better for @RegenexPharma to chime in with all the benefits as hes the man that knows all about it

Nice man!

I’m still fairly new in PEDs. Was running 250 then 300mg TE during my cut, which felt amazing. Have bumped to 400mg T & brought in 200mg Mast E for my latest block (lean build). Only been 4 weeks - still feeling pretty good but not as great as the lower T dose.

If I was 10/10 @ 300.. probably feeling 8/10 now @ 400. But probably overthinking a little and need to give the system a chance to adjust. Will hold until next round of bloods, but always interested to hear anecdotally how others feel about/ manage

Great to hear youre going well with everything brother.
Really hope the Cartalax lands soon so we can see if it helps at all with your neck but as we have both agreed on before- there is only so much a peptide can do with certain injuries outside the scope of repair.

I'll share some info on Mots - C for our brother @LH5515 .
It's main benefits is metabolic health, insulin sensitivity and endurance.
It optimises mitochondrial output and helps shift metabolism to fat and glucose optimisation.
Helps with using fat in high calorie diet (pairs great with Reta for all these insulin properties)
It's considered more of a health lifespan peptide then a muscle builder.
Reach out via threema if you're in Australia anytime brother if you need any other info or want to get some.
We stock large 40mg bottles not 10mg so price is much cheaper 💪💪💪♥️ happy Sunday

@RegenexPharma appreciate the information, thanks brother.

Yep currently running Reta at low dose for my lean build phase. Sounds like Mots could be a handy additional tool for the kit!

Will reach out at some point - Yep in Aus

Cheers and 🙏🙏

We are here for any of our Aussie bros (international as well for info but obviously not for shipping etc as we are domestic only) but we are always here to help anyone regardless. Just reach out on here or our threema

My acne has definitely cleared up a bit around my back and shoulder (not that I had heaps) and looking forward to @RegenexPharma getting his Cartalax in stock and his on-cycle supplement support
good to see you back :D how bad is the injury? @Wheelhouse87
if you do legs share some work and foods too

Look after yourself brother

have had it for about 2 or 3 years and cortisone injections help for 6 or 7 months then pain comes back but never likes this.
I have a MRI booked for a week or so away then see Neurosurgeon to try key hole shave the spur down which apparently its a big surgery or recovery so I wouldn't be out for too long

have you looked at other options for this except surgery? do you have the mri yet?

Yeah brother.. no physio etc works.
I normally just get cortisone to hide the pain and nerve issues but this year ill be looking at the key hole surgery..
Its not a major surgery as all, I have talked to other blokes that have had it and send theyre fine to get back to normal stuff after 7 days (just stitches to heal up keyhole)
But physio, chriro etc cant do anything about a bone spur.. so need surgeon to shave it off

I see situation needs surgery, you should consider it if its fast, likely only 2 weeks off the way you put it.

Yeah ive already been told that it isnt very invasive at all and its basically just the wound healing time which is keyhole.
Nothing too serious brother.. my like a pain in the arse 😆 as my doc has said, I probably wouldnt even know the spur was there if it wasnt touching my nerve and life would go on like normal.
Its just its hitting the nerve.. ill be sweet brother 👌 theres people way worse off than me.
How could I complain if you got legends like Grun is a wheelchair and still pumping weights

Hey Evo fam,

Apologies.
It’s been a long time between updates — and there’s a reason for that.
I’ve still been around the forum, just haven’t updated the log because I was waiting on specialist appointments and MRI results for my neck. As most of you know, I’ve been dealing with a cervical issue where a bone spur is sitting near the nerve opening, and when the disc bulges it pushes the nerve into that spur. Not ideal.

The last 4+ weeks have been rough. Constant pain, barely sleeping, rotating ice packs just to numb my neck enough to get a few hours in. No lifting. No jiu jitsu. Can’t even do much with house renovations, which is basically my full-time gig. It’s been cardio and legs only.

Finally saw the specialist last Friday. MRI results weren’t great:
3 bulging discs + 1 very mild bulge.
Tiny fracture in the C6 endplate.
Mild spinal cord compression at C6.

He showed me the MRI footage — you can actually see the cord deforming around C6. That hit pretty hard.
He’s rushing me in for cortisone injections to try and get the pain under control, but he’s also said surgery is likely. I’ve been referred to his top surgeon in the city for a consult to see what the next step looks like.
Surgery is always last resort for me. It’s not my first rodeo with disc issues — mid-20s I was told I’d need back surgery too. Instead, I built my core up, got into jiu jitsu, and managed it to the point it was completely livable as long as I respected my limits.
I’ve thrown everything at this neck — time off, zero upper body training, no grappling, no heavy lifting — and there’s been no real improvement. I’m on nerve meds which help with the chronic arm symptoms, but the disc pain itself is still intense.

For now, I’m shutting down anything that could make this worse.

I’ve spoken with my sponsors and they’ve been nothing but supportive. They’re keeping me on board and backing me through this, which I’m genuinely grateful for.

Moving forward, I’ll keep the log running — but it’ll be focused on cardio, legs, and keeping myself sane while I can’t lift. Going to take a page out of @Sheshredz book and add some “vibes” content in there too for the mental health side of things.
This isn’t a sympathy post. Just keeping myself accountable and staying on track while I rehab and wait for clearance to get back under the bar.
The only thing that really rattles me is the thought of not being able to roll again. Anyone who does jiu jitsu knows how brutal neck cranks and chokes can be. That part is hard to process.
Either way — I’m still here. Just needed answers before I started posting week after week about a sore neck.

I’ll bounce back. Plan is to lean out as much as possible during this downtime and rebuild properly when I’m cleared.

Current plan still includes:
🙏Low dose Sus250 & NPP - @Gold Standard Labs
🙏Reta, MOTS-C, HGH, SLU-PP-322 @RegenexPharma
🙏RGSX Men’s Vital Support - @RGSX

Appreciate you all.
Cheers brothers and sisters 💪

Im so sorry thats happened to you. These things unfortunately affect athletes.

The vibes section is good, because its like a little moment of self reflection. You can better process your thoughts and feeling when you are typing it and reading it back to yourself.

bottling it up and never speaking, is torture. Its not weak to speak!

Wishing you the best and fasted recovery possible! ♥️

Unfortunately dont have the pictures. My Specialist showed me off his Laptop but ill request to get them emailed to me bro 👍

Updates and touchdowns all round 🙌
So tomorrow is the day I go in to get my injections in my neck for the issues mentioned a few posts up.
Its been rough, I wont lie but im actually starting to feel the slightest bit of relief so I would say some of the bulging discs have started to go down. I still get bad times through the day but obviously the worst is still at night.
I cant have my head turned in any direction beside straight up and down 😆.
I know tomorrow is only a patch for now but mentally and physically im looking forward to the relief (hopefully).
Ill continue to look after it until I see my specialist, at the moment im staying away from any shoulder or back movements completely.

My program is quite basic at the moment until I have a good chat with the specialist but below is what I have been doing weekly:
*Low impact cardio everyday in the form of mainly Bike for 30 minutes, alternating 3mins hard out with load, 3minutes recovery pace.
*Step master machine (if the girls ever let me use it 😆 our gym only has one)
*Monday & Thursday: legs after cardio
-Seated leg curls - 50kg warm up, then 90kg x 3
-Reverse seated curl - 60kg x 10 x 3sets
-Abductors (both ways) 3 sets of 12
- seated calf raises - 60kg x 3 to near fail
-leg press - 240kg x8 x 3 sets.

I dont do any squatting or anything that requires weight on my neck or holding barbell or dumbells due to my neck injury.

I have only just started to bring arms back into my routine but very carefully.
Only doing concentration curls with 15kg but slowly with full extension and squeeze at the top.
Id love to go heavier but playing it safe at the moment. I tried Hammer curling which is one of my favourites but the weight still pulls on my shoulders and neck when standing unfortunately.
One arm cable pull down for tricep and making sure my elbow is pinned to my side so I dont bring my shoulder into the movement either.

Sorry guys, I know its a baby routine to my normal workouts or everyone else's but for once im actually listening to the doctor 😅 I normally push through things with "She'll be right" attitude and its got me to where I am.

Im open for more ideas that dont include and means of hanging weight off shoulders or on them.
Mentally thats what im struggling with the most because my favourite muscle group has always been shoulder day.

Ive dropped calorie intake back down to around 2300 and as I want to take the opportunity to trim alot of Fat % off.
The Reta is helping with that along with the Slu pills.
Im feeling great on @RGSX vital support, I also got the elite sleep- I tried it but i did get very relaxed before bed but didnt put me to sleep.
To be honest i have been on sleeping tablets and pain meds to get me through the nights with ice packs, so its not a fair comparative at the moment.
Once ive had my shots and pain resides then I will be starting the Elite sleep again and im sure it will make a difference.

Huge shout out to my sponsors that have stuck by me.
@Gold Standard Labs - 350mg sus per week and 200mg NPP, i think this is more then sufficient especially since im not going all out at the moment.
@RegenexPharma - HGH, Mots-c, reta, KLOW and Anadrol for leg days
@RGSX - Vital support keeping everything in check and the Elite sleep.

Ill try get some photos next time im at the gym.
Have just felt deflated after not working out hard for weeks so havent taken any recently.
