Only the beginning. Started training end of august but found evo in december, thats when the biggest changes started
I was going to post mine but I started less than a month ago and then I saw these guys! They all are sooooo amazing!

Might not look like alot to some, but ive been with cheese for about a good year and a bit, and we have been with the same vendors logging and this guy doesnt miss a beat, the quality muscle tissue u have built is amazing, and the transformation pics show that brother!! Should be proud no matter what, no get some of that MT2 tan like wheelhouse and those muscles will really pop,

Yeah I didnt realise till I saw my size 16 photo.
I have been aware and extremely cautious to prevent loose skin during this journey.
When I wasn't on any peptides, I used to do intermittent fasting to trigger autophagy. I was also on MSM along with Vit C.
I would also masaage my wholw body for at least 5 mins with olive oil before the bath and moisturise afterwards.
Collagen powder everyday, along with bone broth.
Once a week I used to have organ meat like Liver or heart ( I havent had it for a month- I like to give it some break )
I believe genetics also play some role.
IV glutathione
Now I am on GHK cu + vit C + zinc for skin health.

Maybe even look at running KLOW as a complete all-rounder! Help with recovery with the TB/BPC, the KPV is a potent anti inflammatory for any issues or work outs and the GHK for your skin,hair and nails.
